Have the worst experience in a 5-star hotels. They refused to assist customers who had a booking issue and overcharged me 3 times the rate

Hotel staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Lovely clean and comfortable luxurious rooms. Location and views can't get any better for downtown. Hotel smells amazing. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a very good location, opposite Dubai Chinatown. There is a passage that can be directly reached. The breakfast is very rich. The environment is very good. The waiters are warm.
