Wotton House
8.6 (124 reviews)

Wotton House ★★★★

📍 Guildford Rd, Dorking

"I recently visited and just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my time. The highlights for me were definitely the swimming pool and sauna—both were incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. Thanks for a great experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

Russ Hill Hotel
6.6 (107 reviews)

Russ Hill Hotel ★★★

📍 Russ Hill Hotel Gatwick, Russ Hill, Dorking

"The beds were absolutely terrible, never had a worse night sleep as we did there, so uncomfortable. The pillows were so hard and lumpy we hardly got any sleep at all. The plans flying over were noisy. There was dirty washing in the hallway when we arrived at 7 pm and was still there the next day at 8 am. They advised breakfast but then we were told there wasn’t any. Over all staff were polite it was quite clean but we would never stay again"

Sunday Box Hill Burford Bridge Hotel
7.7 (104 reviews)

Sunday Box Hill Burford Bridge Hotel ★★★★

📍 At the Foot of Box Hill, Box Hill, Dorking

"The front of the hotel is beautiful. Reception, bar, and restaurant have been done beautifully. The room, however, was in an atrocious state and certainly not worth the rate charged. We were very disappointed, to say the least. There was damage in the corridors also."

The White Horse
8.7 (80 reviews)

"Excellent service best room in the house! Really enjoyed the bath and bed so comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant was truly amazing and breakfast in the morning. Thank you for having us to stay."

"Room 22 stinks like a wet dog. They should not be permitted to allow anyone to sleep in that room for free, let alone charge over £100 for a Saturday night. "

Russ Hill Hotel ★★★
"I'm only pressing medium as I stayed in this hotel YEARS ago,it was ok but a bit worn. Arrangement prev'ly was leaving my car parked for 4-5 days but needed to be at airport at crack of dawn and caught their 4am shuttle. Needed same thing when I booked this time, needed their shuttle. Messaged them along with booking, qouted when I needed to be at LGW early, they failed to tell me the shuttle no longer existed. Duh. Only way to access place was by taxi, I loathe taxis and was quoted an excessive fare more than room cost! Disgusted. Even if I'd parked there how was I to get to airport??? No mention anywhere in booking pages. Total ******. Don't they read messages?? Certainly going to claim refund."

"Avoid the place if your booked save yoir hard earned cash and stay elsewhere even a tent off marketplace would be better. No hot water in room and zero care given, no apology no sign just shrugs and stares. Checked in 3.30 no mention of hot water issues been trying since then, been to reception been told its 1 system so high demand takes the water - since 3.30 its npw 7pm ?. Asked if fixing today was told no, asked if fix tomo was told maybe but more in a sod off way than a real hope way. Told them put a sign up had i known would prob have not checked in and just more blank stare no apology again just a stare that said u done or u need something else ?. I work for another chain of hotels who sadly dont have a hotel close to where i need to be. Manager is in at 7 tomo will be an interesting convo, ive not even mentioned dirty bathroom on here which girl on desk replied "yeah we get a lot of complaints about them""
