i travelled alone to see the shaolin temple, wanted to see the zen light musical performance and this hotel seemed reasonable for foreigner. I am very happy i chose this hotel because its facilities, location, Service is more than five stars. It is a boutique hostel actually with Three a big courtyard Holding Three rooms with Common area including washing machine and separate washrooms in each Room. There is attention to detail in decoration And style of this hotel And downstairs is a canteen with really delicious food. There is also a shop opposite which is open till late night. Every amenity is available including quality toiletries, packed slippers, television with extra channels. The beds And pillows are comfortable and there is a switch for charging mobile phone next to each bed. Most amazingly, the owner of the hotel personally checked me in very efficiently and shared her telephone number in case i needed anything. She also provided a Welcome fruit basket and tea and explained to me the facilities in detail. Since i speak Chinese fluently So i didn't had the chance to see if her English was good or not but the way she said hello with an accent showed that she might communicate in English. And she also upgraded My Room type. In short, this is a foreigner friendly hotel, with efficient service, beautiful decoration and facilities and great location. Better than JW Marriott in Qufu or Le Meridian Zhengzhou. Come to think of it the Common area provides an opportunity to interact with people and there are lot of books and reading material along with tea downstairs. The breakfast was very delicious also and i was also provided a big bottle of Song Shan mineral water

I took a bath in ten minutes and adjusted the temperature in five minutes. The bath water was almost enough for me to wash, but the water was either too hot or too cold. When I checked in, I heard that the members who had organized the Huazhu Club at the front desk could check out at two o'clock the next day. The next day the front desk also called to remind them to check out at 12 o'clock. The handover work was not done. Everything else is very good, worth the price. However, the management needs to be improved, and low-level mistakes cannot be made repeatedly. For example, if you have paid for consecutive stays, you cannot go to the front desk to swipe your card for authorization every day, and the humanized service is defective. If the door lock is broken, all functional departments must coordinate and deal with it in a timely manner, and cannot wait until the guest checks in to find out before changing the room.

But very tasty. It’s cold currently and room had heating. Big plus. Would totally recommend it for a home stay.

The sound insulation is not good, the noise is not as loud as usual, the breakfast price is 38/person, and there is nothing. It is obviously inconsistent with the scale and positioning of the hotel.
