"The breakfast was not good,the worst of any Hampton Inn I have ever stay at,No pool in a very hot area.The Manager needs to go to another Hampton Inn and look what they have for breakfast.The room was nice and comfortable but the bed was a little hard."

Hotel Ciudad de David

"Hotel Ciudad de David is one of our two “go to” hotels in David (the other being Gran Nacional). Service is excellent. The rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast buffet is the best ever! Pool is great. Exercise room is clean but simple. Parking is excellent. Highly recommend!"

"The Castilla is not a 4-star property. The Castilla is safe, clean, and well-located in the city center. It's a short walk to Ramero's supermarket, Chirici Hospital, and pharmacies. Multiple reasonably priced restaurants on every block. I have been staying at the Castilla for the last 18 years. You can't beat the value price of 45$. Gator"

Hotel F Sur Inn

"Probably new renovated because looks imaculate. Everything works. It's owned and operated by Asians, this probably explains why they keep high standards. Bedroom and Washroom are in pristine conditions and new, from AC units to door handles. I also liked that fact that each washroom has its own water boiler, small but efficient, no need to rely on the whole hotel demand and consumption. New windows as well, that actually open for people in need of fresh air. Friendly staff from front desk to restaurant, the whole family is involved in pane or more sectors. I only gave a 4 star due to the fact the the breakfast could have been more consistent. It's lacking substance. 2 eggs with a miniature sausage. And the charge of an extra egg or sausage its $1.50. The sausage was very tiny. Considering the price of the night at least the sausage could have been bigger or normal. Pictures attached. Otherwise all is good. Didn't have diner in the restaurant, I went next door to a place called Antojitos, reviewd separately, good food, normal portions. "

"This place has a smoking patio, which is a big plus. Overall it is a decent hotel. Food in the restaurant is very hit or miss, sometimes very good, sometimes terrible. Staff is friendly and attentive, service is prompt. The biggest problem here is the beds are too small."

Hotel Residencial Cervantes

"Firstly the staff is accommodating and friendly. Like many humid region hotels, they are battling against humidity and the concomitant smells. The AC is out of reach for the elderly and those with balance concerns. Also, the room is relatively small. The hotel is clean, and again, they have excellent staff. It would be ideal for a stop as you descend the Pan-American highway. It is not suitable if you don't have a car available."
