The location is very good. It's very close to Datong South Railway Station, Drum Tower, Prince Dai's Mansion, Nine Dragon Wall, and Shanhua Temple. When I was shooting costumes in the ancient city, the landlady even let me shoot in the courtyard, which was beyond the scope of the movie.

The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and the service was very, very attentive! It can be said that everything is answered! And the lobby has a great atmosphere! My girlfriend took a lot of photos in the lobby. Curved 3D dome! Very technological. The room was also very very clean! The bed is so soft! Really comfortable! There are many kinds of breakfast! I tasted a lot of Datong specialties!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while exploring Datong and surrounding attractions. The location was perfect for us - nestled between both major train stations, a short walk to the old city, and conveniently very close to the bus station to the Hanging Monastry. The staff were very polite and helpful, some could speak some English. We were given various complimentary gifts and desserts during our stay. We loved the free tea (of various varieties) in the lobby! The room was a little old but clean, comfortable and quiet. I guess the only complaint is the elevator - they only have two but about 14 floors and it was utter chaos trying to move about in the morning when everyone wants to check out. Small issue though.

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was very pleasant and the location just outside the old city was very convenient. Hotel breakfast and dinner were great and getting to see a drum ceremony performed for the hotel on our first morning was a bonus!

I traveled to Datong and its surroundings with my family and stayed in the hotel for three days. The hotel has a superior location, a good environment, a rich breakfast, and the hotel has above-ground and underground parking lots, which is very convenient. The room is spacious and bright, with complete supporting facilities, and a fruit plate is delivered every day. You can overlook the Datong Museum from the hotel window, and it is about a 15-minute drive from the ancient city, which is acceptable. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Datong again, I will choose this hotel first.

This hotel is a guest room for people who come to the water world to play in the water and steam, so it is suitable for this purpose. In the hotel, I saw most of the guests walking around in sauna clothes. However, as a hotel for traveling to Datong, it is lackluster. First, the sanitary conditions in the room were not very good, it was very humid and there were bugs. Second, the sound insulation is not good. Facilities such as steam rooms are open until midnight, and the corridors are very noisy when guests return. Third, there is no place to eat around. You have to drive to Weidu Avenue to find food. Fourth, the room service is not good, no one can be found, and the front desk is not enthusiastic. My room card couldn't open the door (it seemed like the door lock was rusted). I went back and forth to the front desk to negotiate, but other than changing my room card (which didn't work), I couldn't think of a solution. After running for the third time, I got angry and used the wireless phone to call customer service to solve the problem. The breakfast buffet is very simple, mainly porridge, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, eggs, and vegetarian dishes. Judging from the prices in Datong, 20 yuan per person is a bit expensive. If you want to enjoy water, steaming and other facilities, you need to purchase additional tickets, and there are no discounts. I chose this hotel because it was recommended by Ctrip. In addition, since I was outside the city, I wanted to go directly to Xuankong Temple the next day without going through the city. But the living experience was not good, and I regretted it. It would be better to live in the city, as Datong is not that big.
