這是一個非常新的酒店。他是在建在一個康養小鎮裏面，整個大的建築的一半是酒店，另外一半是一箇中醫院。酒店還在試運行，沒有正式運行，這點兒攜程沒有告訴我。酒店的硬件是夠四星的。外部造型也很氣派。酒店外邊是一個火車的機務段。總是有火車開來開去有些噪音，但是酒店的窗户隔音非常好。關上後就沒有太大噪音了。問題是酒店剛裝修的，如果把窗户關上還是能聞到挺厲害的裝修味道。 酒店的前廳經理非常熱情。前台的小姑娘們服務態度好。但是這些都不能掩蓋他們作為一個運行酒店。完全不專業的客房服務和餐飲服務。第1天早餐在下面吃，吃的還可以，比較簡單。第2天就衹能送到房間，問題是定好的時間，晚了半個小時經過向前台催促了好久才送過來，兩個人只有兩個雞蛋，一碗泡菜，兩碗粥，兩碗辣麪。這個飯店如果不開車的話，基本上就沒法來住了，因為沒有餐飲，沒有餐廳，也不能點菜。因為回來非常累了，洗完澡不願意出去，實在不行問問他們有沒有小賣部可以買些東西吃居然也沒有小賣部，要想去小賣部就得開車出去幾公里之外才有。外賣呢，也是顯示都在15公里以外。在現在的中國還能有這樣的地方，也是真是奇葩。估計隨着他們餐廳投入運行也許會好一些。不會再出現旅客餓肚子的情況。 酒店的設施都非常新，也比較上檔次。但是也有很多槽點。比如説我房屋的吹風機是壞的。再比如他其他的一次性用品都比較好，就是刮鬍刀太差，衹颳了兩下就捲刃了，所以他都算不上一次性刮鬍刀，衹能説半次性的刮鬍刀。 房間服務一言難盡，打電話找不到客房部人接聽，出去一天回來下午5點居然房間沒有打掃，房間的用品也沒有更換。因為急着洗澡，要求他們趕快把毛巾換了，結果客房沒有小方巾，只有多給了一個浴巾充數。最奇葩的是第二天離店後居然打電話來質問為什麼房間裏少了方巾？這樣的混亂管理和服務水平，讓住在這裏的客人走了以後什麼感覺？ 希望這個酒店能在試運行期間好好打磨一下服務，提升管理水平。拿出和硬件水平相符的軟件服務。
