"The cleanliness of the room is not up to the standard as many dust on top the bed-rack, not 1 rack is all, I have reported to Reception but seem no action taken, end up we are so much allergic with the dust and we cleaned it up. Room was superb as we booked the room with private Onsen, and we enjoys it. The dinner and breakfast was excellent and overall not much activity from hotel but we did lucky that’s was a fireworks at night time."

"I used it on a business trip to Date city. Because the facilities are old, the toilet is jointly and the bathroom becomes a large bath of 1F. The staff was kind."

"Nice facilities for kids, they can play around while adults are having buffet dinner and breakfast; Rooms are large and private hotsprings are gorgeous; Rooms are little bid hot, the a/c seems not working properly, good to have a dyson fan though"

"👍🏽Pros: - Free shuttle bus to and for Sapporo station - A variety of complimentary tea bags in the lobby - Public bath is awesome! There are 7 kinds of baths. My favorite one is the open bath, where I bathed when it was snowing. What a extraordinary experience. - Dinner and breakfast are buffet style. Many options and food is yum. - Some reviews mentioned that the facilities/room seemed old, but I found the vintage Japanese-Style room comfortable and great. I really enjoyed the stay! - There are 2 massage chairs next to public bath. 👎🏽Cons: - Not many staffs speak English so it's a bit difficult to communicate. It took a while for the front desk staff to find our bookings. - Private bath is not worth it. It's a waste of money. - Needs to put up signs about the etiquette of using public bath. When I took a shower in the public bath, the Korean group all showered while standing and kept splashing. They chatted loudly and shouted at each other. One of them even kicked water in the bath......"
