What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay."

"Overall it was a nice stay. However we had a misfortune due to hotel staff giving wrong information about public carpark. As the hotel carpark was full on the first day, we had to park on the public carpark. However the staff told us we can pay thru the machine the next day when we collect the car. Unfortunately the Australian carpark rule is that we have to pay and display the ticket the moment we parked the car hence there was a penalty payment of AUD 40."

The swimming pool was going green, requires chlor shoc and filtration, the TV wouldn't give me any live TV but many apps shown on screen! Very frustrating. But apart from these issues the room was ideal for our needs and the early access was excellent, thank you."
