We loved this place! Everything was excellent since the check in till the end. The location is excellent, just in the middle of the old town but still comfortable to reach by taxi with your luggage. The rooms are beautifully designed and have all the comfort. The reception staff helped us a lot to find a transfer till Shaxi accompanied us till the car pool place, called the driver and let us know via wechat. We would certainly come back to stay here if we ever come back to Dali.

Innkeeper Liu and wife are very good, hospitable, helpful and have fast response. The inn provided a list of recommended restaurants nearby. The Inn is 1 year old and getting better with time. Good location inside Dali old city 5 min walk from the east gate, and 10min by motorised tricycle to Erhai. There are no stairs in this inn. The family room bathroom is a little awkward but the other room bathrooms are very modern and clean. The air-conditioning, bed linen and beds are good. There is a good amount of glazing but no openable windows so we kept the door open whenever we were in. The inn is homey and safe. The neighbours sing karaoke but this is part of the China experience, as are the neon lights across the street. Enjoy that along with the beautiful views of the mountain from your room.

I haven't eaten the same thing in the past few days. The hotel was renovated in November 2023. Although there are cats and dogs, the hygiene is very good. It is cleaned every day and the room does not have any peculiar smell. The toilet and mirror in the bathroom are all smart. Because it rained for two days and I didn’t go out, I either went to the lobby to pet the cat, or just stayed in the room, listening to music, karaoke, and watching TV. It was really boring. I even said a few words to Xiaodu and Toilet Xiaoai... During the few days I came, it seemed to be the coldest time in Dali. There were electric blankets and air conditioning. I didn't feel the discomfort of dry heat while sleeping. The temperature was just right. Taking photos on the rooftop is really amazing! This photo of green clothes was taken from the rooftop, the best place to take pictures of the snowy scenery of Cangshan Mountain! There are 8 cats in the hotel, including 1 golden retriever. Each little one is so cute and the cat has a super good temper! Sometimes when I get impatient when I'm being ****ed off, I'll bark in a low voice to say, ”Sir, please respect yourself.” I won't catch or hit anyone, I'm very cat-like! They are very good at business. They will lead the way when they go upstairs. When they reach the corner of the stairs, they will also stop and wait for customers! Because I personally like cats and dogs very much, so this time I specially chose a B&B with pets. If you mind pets or are allergic to pet hair, you can choose according to your preferences!
