For the last hotel on the Yunnan journey, I chose the [Lailin Hotel] in the ancient city of Dali. I stayed in an old house with a history of more than 160 years. It has two courtyards, wood carving murals in the courtyard, door locks and window eaves decorations, all of which contain neoclassical design and craftsmanship.
A few minutes from the hotel, you will find the Ancient City Pedestrian Street, the post office, Dafang Bookstore, and Persimmon Tree Coffee, all of which are highly recommended.
If I have time and enough $$, I hope to stay in Dali, especially this hotel, until the sweet-scented osmanthus blooms🍂
