"I stayed at this hotel for two days and was very impressed. The two men at the reception desk were incredibly helpful—they arranged packed breakfasts for my journey, brought me hot coffee, and even showed me ancient ruins in the hotel's basement. They were so kind and pleasant; it's wonderful to experience such hospitality as a tourist. The room was lovely with a clean bed and a nice balcony overlooking Cusco. It was very comfortable to sleep there. The bathroom was very large with great water pressure, which was so important for relaxing after an active day. This hotel is suitable for longer stays; it's really charming. I highly recommend it."

"A charming small boutique hotel that truly exceeds expectations. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay, with only a minor issue related to room cleaning. The room was beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches such as special teas and warm water bottles in the bed. Breakfast was included and presented in a unique and enjoyable way, making it feel special compared to standard hotel breakfasts. We also enjoyed a very good dinner at the hotel. Exceptional value for money. The location is ideal—on a quiet, narrow side street with little traffic, away from tourist crowds yet close enough to walk to most attractions. Highly recommended."

"The hotel environment was very nice, located 100 meters from the train station. It was very convenient to get to Machu Picchu. There was a large market across the street where you could buy local specialties. However, the bathroom was extremely unsanitary; there were at least three ***** hairs in the bathtub that wouldn't come off even after several minutes of rinsing. I didn't shower that night."

"This is a small, cozy, and unpretentious hotel. The rooms are clean, with soft, warm beds and plenty of pillows. The breakfast spread is compact and just right, not overly luxurious, but comes with delicious coffee and refreshing fruit juice. The reception staff are very helpful. The location is great, close to the square and tourist attractions, and feels safe. I do have a suggestion for improvement regarding housekeeping preparing the rooms. During my first stay before going up to Machu Picchu, the sugar for the drinks wasn't refilled. And during my second stay after coming down from Machu Picchu, there was a significant amount of feces left in the toilet, with a foul odor, as if housekeeping hadn't attended to it. This area needs to be checked, strictly monitored, and the good service quality maintained. I wouldn't want this small issue to negatively impact all the other positive aspects of the hotel. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel."

"The hotel converted into an ancient house is quite large inside and very local. There are many public rest areas and the courtyard landscape is beautiful. There are often surprises in corners, antique furniture decoration, and the atmosphere is full. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is large. There is a separate toilet and shower room. The independent balcony can rest and enjoy the street view. Luggage can be stored at the front desk and 2 minutes walk from the weapons square in the city center."

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and right off the Plaza de Armas, close to shopping, the Inka museum and restaurants. The only downfall to the location was the proximity to bars and disco clubs. You can hear music, people and the bass all night long (on weekends until 5:30 am). Other than that, it was a great stay! I would just recommend to wear the earplugs at night."
