These are basic toiletries that guests generally expect to be available, and their absence was inconvenient. I would appreciate it if the hotel could ensure that these amenities are stocked in all rooms to improve the guest experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

"Hot weather required decent AC (fixed preset at 19Deg) but not even cooling to that level, vents here and bathroom very dirty, even fan provided had significant visible heavy dust on from grill. I asked for it to be cleaned and met with refusal as it demands specialist engineer! I said give me your vac and i will do it, refuseed. I am a little asthmatic do all this didin't help. NO PARKING!! Car parks are not atteneded and systems didn't work in one."

Even though it was close to them, the place felt safe. It had all the basic amenities and it was clean. The people at reception were nice as well."

"Without any notice, the reception changed my room type, putting me in a cramped bed all night. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The sofa is dirty. There is no facial tissue or mineral water in the room. I bought them from the nearby supermarket. The sink’s sewer is broken, and there are no landlines in the room to contact the reception."
