"The staff was very friendly and always helpful. However, the room cleaning left a lot to be desired. Every two days, the two trash cans were emptied, the towels were changed, and the duvets were folded slightly. The floor wasn't vacuumed or even mopped for the entire six days. The bed linens were never changed. However, to be fair, I should also mention that I changed rooms after the second night, to one with a large king-size bed. Perhaps they thought the bed linens wouldn't need to be changed for the remaining four days in the new room. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about."

"This is a great hotel and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and everything was modern. We had a room (305) which was lake facing and really quite and peaceful. The balcony was great and go the sunset in the evening. The spa was great with a reasonably sized pool. The breakfast had a great variety and we were really pleased with our stay. All in all, a great stay and we would definitely return for sure."

"We stayed here for 2 nights booked through our tour co.. I wouldn’t be writing this except when we checked out they kept my husband at the front deck while they went to our room for an inspection. There wasn’t even a mini bar I don’t understand.!"
