"When I arrived at the hotel I asked for my reservation , they sent me to the lowest room , when entering the room was very dark , with too moist , the weather with moo and the worst without windows anywhere , So I asked why that room and they told me that if I wanted to change you would have to pay 200 pesos, then I had to show you the photos that appear in your publication and after half an hour , badly , They offered me the room that coincided with the image of the publication"

"I had the most beautiful stay at La Paranera Hotel & Relax. Arrival was smooth and easy and check in was thoughtful and personal. The property is stunning and the room was even more stunning than the photos (Gallina room!). We spent time by the pool and enjoyed the fabulous dining, unfortunately did not have time for the spa treatments but heard great things. Would love to come back and spend more time here, this was a fabulous hotel in the heart of such a beautiful pueblo as Comala. Recommend 10/10!"
