"Facilities: The hotel is quite old, and the elevator is tiny, full of vintage charm. The main issue was the bathroom: there's no floor drain, so after showering, the whole bathroom was flooded. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was decent. Environment: It's not far from the station and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby, which is convenient. Service: It was alright, nothing special."

Service: The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and welcoming, with a friendly attitude during both check-in and check-out. Facilities: Basic toiletries were provided, and the room had decent soundproofing, making for a quiet night's sleep. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located not far from the train station and city center, about a fifteen-minute walk, which makes getting around easy. It's also quiet as it's not directly in the bustling downtown area."

"I attended a concert at Die Kantine and that’s the reason why I stayed here. It’s pretty close to the concert area. There’s a wedding venue near by, but the sound isolation of the hotel is perfect that it doesn’t disturb at all. The room was so silent and clean, the bed was comfortable. I had a really good sleep! The reception stuff was so helpful and friendly. Next train station in 10 min by foot. I can recommend it!"

"The hotel is just by the Rhein river and next to the Chocolate museum. Walk slowly along the river towards the Cathedral and soak in the beauty of Koln. The staff Kyra is very friendly and helpful, throughout our 2-week trip in Europe, she was on my top 1. The size of the room is great with a pretty large wash basin outside the toilet, so it is very convenient. The room comes with a kettle, a complimentary bottle of sparkling water, 2pcs of mini chocolate, a few packets of coffee and tea. For less than 100euro a night, this is a very nice touch. In the lobby there are water station and fruit basket. Really love this hotel."

"The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from Cologne's main train station, but not as chaotic as the area around the main stadium. Cologne Cathedral, the Ludwig Museum, and the Hohenzollern Bridge are all within walking distance. The hotel entrance is a bit small and inconspicuous, and the facilities show signs of history, but the staff are all very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of choices!"

"I book this hotel every time I come to an exhibition. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center and you can walk there. The transportation is convenient and the environment is very good. There is a light rail outside the door that can go directly to the cathedral. It is very convenient"
