"It's located across from Cologne Cathedral, and looks spectacular lit up at night. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was happy to have free water in the room, but perhaps because Germany is an environmentally advanced country, it was bottled water rather than plastic bottles. It's inconvenient to carry around, but it was enough for making tea in the room. If I had to say something negative, it would be that you have to cross a bridge to get to Cologne Cathedral and the station, but you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the hotel entrance. It was a bit inconvenient to go up and down with a suitcase."

"This hotel's Cologne Cathedral view is absolutely breathtaking, but what was equally impressive were the location, service, and cleanliness. When I first arrived from the train station, I foolishly didn't look up the route properly and ended up dragging my heavy luggage up and down stairs, when I could have avoided them by taking a different path. Despite the difficult journey to the hotel, the staff greeted us so warmly and genuinely wished my sister a happy birthday that all my weariness turned into joy. And when we got to the room, we were greeted with such an amazing view and a beautiful room! Thanks to this, we had a wonderful time in Cologne for two days, listening to the bells of Cologne Cathedral. When checking out and heading back to the train station, I followed the staff's directions and found a flat, easy route back. Oh, the only minor inconveniences were the opaque glass in the bathroom and having to shower in the bathtub."

Cleanliness was acceptable. The location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast service was a bit uncomfortable; you couldn't serve yourself coffee, and staff would clear plates before we were finished eating, which made us feel rushed and quite uneasy. I suppose they might have thought this was attentive service."

It's right next to the subway station and a few minutes' walk from the shopping district and food court, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The most surprising thing was the service. The front desk clerk greeted us with a smile throughout, checking us in quickly, and proactively recommended nearby hidden gems and must-try restaurants, even providing tips on avoiding pitfalls. He was incredibly thoughtful. The room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The sheets and duvet cover had a subtle fragrance and were wrinkle-free. The bedding was as soft as a cloud, making it impossible to get up. The soundproofing was excellent, so I couldn't hear any outside noise at night, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally, completely free of fatigue. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, complete with toiletries, and the hot water supply was always available."
