"Realmente el hotel está en la misma calle del consulado a pocos metros , mejor locación imposible . Las habitaciones están buenas, cómodas y amplias . Para mí deben mejorar el restaurante y el servicio de desayuno que estaba pésimo. Lo bueno que tienes justo frente al hotel el restaurante Chapas Prime que tiene buen desayuno buffet y buen café."

"Upon arrival had problems with TV but problem was fixed within two minutes. Also had problems with getting in the room due to bad key lock but again got fixed very quick. Cleaning staff and maintenance was very polite and very helpful. Highly recommend."

QQuzhuanxieThe room is quite large and very quiet, but the partition walls are basically made of wooden boards. You can feel it if you move next door. This is also the case in many hotels in the United States. Maybe this is a local characteristic. Breakfast was very good

MMirhosseiniGreat looking hotel only issue we had was the water in the shower the first night had no pressure and the next day the shower water was freezing cold. Tried everything to get warm water but never did get the warm water out of the shower.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very knowledgeable and helpful. They take you to get documents sorted like the Fiscalia, and it’s walkable distance to a lot of food places and Liverpool which is a very nice mall. They also have an iron to iron clothes and they provide you with water bottles. You can also wash your clothes, they only charge for the soap, they have printers you can use for a small charge. Everyone was very considerate and if you ask them anything they can tell you what you need and where to go. Thank you so much for a comforting stay.

ZZHEPENGThe room is OK, in Juarez should be worth the price. Breakfast included, restaurant on the first floor, very close to the Liverpool supermarket, there is a food street, Chinese restaurants, shopping is very convenient.

ZZHEPENGGeneral inside the hotel. However, Juarez is also a good value for money. It is about 20 minutes drive from the airport. It is not recommended to eat at the restaurant on the first floor. The restaurant service is not good. There is a big Liverpool supermarket near the hotel and a food street on the second floor. There are so many things to eat, and there are restaurants opened by Chinese people.
