My family and I had an amazing weekend getaway at the hotel in Ciudad Juárez in December. The facilities were top-notch, providing comfort and convenience. The people at the restaurant are so kind! Juan Carlos is the best. Room cleanliness can be better. But overall great, nice big rooms, clean, safe and pleasant hotel. Food is nice also.

J. Carlos from the restaurant and Adolfo from transportation were truly a blessing. Always helpful, friendly and positive. They made our stay enjoyable and we appreciate them. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone we know that go to Juárez.
