El servicio fue excelente, todos muy amables y eficientes. La ubicacion inmejorable, todo lo necesario estaba cerca, la embajada, varios restaurantes para desayunar o comer, y un mall en frente. las instalaciones super limpias y no les faltaba nada. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y si tuviera necesidad de ir de nuevo, me vuelvo a quedar ahi.

My stay with my family was very comfortable. The place is clean. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast everyday in the morning. Our stay was very central to the places we needed to go for our stay in Cd Juarez. Walking distance to Medical Facility which was next door. Fingerprinting facility CAS is next to the American Consulate which both are walking distance as well. Mall across the street with food court. Convinience stores walking distance. 24hr Denny's next door. Hotel very clean. Room service very friendly. Front desk very friendly. Everyone very helpful. Many food places close by. Lobby has outlets to charge phones and bathrooms. Also a kitchen with tables and microwave to sit and eat. Only thing the second floor did not have working washer and dryer. Did not check the other floors. There is a tour bus that picks up people at the front of hotel that lasts about 2-3 hours and brings you back. There are many hotels around that are more luxurious but this one is very central to everything. I recommend stay at Microtel 100% if you need be at Cuidad Juarez to go to the US Embassy.

This hotel was very mediocre, room has no amenities at all, no coffee maker, no microwave and no fridge.
Breakfast is very basic, they offer cereal but there is no bowl where to eat the cereal

Installations are old and unsafe I got stuck in the elevator twice, the breakfast is pretty much the same thing every single day, they have cereal but not cereal bowls, laundry machine works but not the drier, the only good quality is the staff.

When staying for a longer time they increased price,I stay for a week then reserve for second week. First week. At $68 second week was charge $108 per night
When complained was reduced to $75 and. Was given credit. For the rest of the money. When I extended. Again.weithing for my paper work. Was charge at $88 and was told price will go up decide to book at different hotel at $56 a night. , installed of helping people who have to stay longer they increased their prices forcing people to move to different hotel
