In addition to the price is more expensive, the others are very satisfied. We set the cheapest room, a king size bed, and a sofa bed, sleeping three people is very spacious.
Would never stay here again! We had to contact the front desk twice within an hour of check in. Tub jets were disgusting. Sand in tub bottom of tub. Drain in tub clogged. Spot of what appeared to be blood in tub. Large stain on white duvet. Housekeeping came late the night we checked in (after a long day of travel) to change bedding and clean tub with bleach. The next day I asked for tub to be cleaned again as tub jets were still filthy and stain was still in tub. Maintenance came and drain was still not working. We basically had to stand in dirty water while we showered the whole weekend. I spoke to the hotel manager who comped about 1/3 of the cost of our stay for the weekend. We appreciate this, but the complete lack of cleanliness during a global pandemic was alarming.
The area was gorgeous. We loved the balcony in our room. There were a lot of stairs to get to or from our room, that could be an issue for some guests.
Disappointing experience.
1. Hotel's parking is a block away across the street. Parking spots are tiny, larger cars will have hard time parking.
2. Air conditioning units are those portable things on wheels. Right in the room. Very loud, turns on/off all night.
3. Windows open sliding up - don't stay open, too old/falling apart. Also have no screen.
4. Room is the tiniest I ever seen in hotels.
5. Bathroom sink - stand alone sink with no space to put toiletries on.
Pros:
Clean.
Great location right near the beach.
Rooftop bar, restaurant onsite and great Mexican restaurant across the street.
Friendly service, front desk person was very helpful.
Very Good

Wow! Capri Laguna amazes me again! Nick Politis has continually taken such great care of us over the past decade. Capri Laguna has the most beautiful location, right on the sand. At Capri Laguna The ocean is the ONLY view! Great pool, breakfast on site, coffee always available, the most amazing restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Thank you for always taking such great care of the Duke family!
Wow where to start: spent only one night here and it was the most peaceful, relaxing, beautiful stay we’ve had. They were able to accommodate both an early check in and late checkout which gave us so much time to enjoy all the amenities at the resort. As soon as you get our your car, it’s beautiful chirping if the birds, and crisp, fresh air. Everything was so easy: the staff at the front desk was amazing! The gentleman at the front during our checkin got reservations for us there at their restaurant “The Harvest”, we dined for both dinner and breakfast. I truly appreciate how accommodating the entire staff was: they all genuinely look like they love working here! Highly recommend coming for a staycation or even for a romantic getaway/vacation from out of town,
Exceptional boutique hotel. Cheery personnel, easy and clear instructions on room and hotel amenities, coffee or latte or hot chocolate in the lobby, very charming place with a couple different hangouts indoors and out. Free light breakfast served just ask for it in the lobby in the morning and they will serve it to you on. tray. The stairs to the beach is right behind the hotel.
We had a wonderful welcome when we arrived, with added information about restaurants and transport around the area. Our room had a great vibe about it and we loved the decor. Very comfortable bed, and spacious room and bathroom. The dressing gowns were a great plus, very soft. We loved the pool area, jacuzzi and fire pit. The loungers were super comfy. This hotel is in a great location, such a pleasant stroll , by the beach, to get downtown in about 10 mins where there are some fabulous restaurants. Loved the wine in the evening and cookies before going to bed- Parking was very easy, a little pricey for us English but this is California and we have noticed parking is at a premium. We could only give 4/5 stars because realistically we did think the overall price was a little expensive and the AC needs updating to a quieter one. Overall, great vibe, great staff, great location, and a comfortable stay.
This hotel gets a bad rap, some of the reviews on various sites nearly scared me away from booking my solo trip here but I’m so glad I did! Yes, building is old, rooms are dated (although it appeared they’re renovating - this caused zero disruption in my stay), but the character of this property just can’t be replicated in the newer chain hotels. My room was clean and comfortable and the grounds were well maintained. The location was so convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping that I didn’t spend any time at the pool but really enjoyed the ambiance the beautiful courtyard offered as I was coming and going. My check in experience was excellent, lots of great recommendations for plant-based options for food nearby. I didn’t have a vehicle so didn’t pay for parking but was convenient for those who took advantage. Will be back!!! Two things to note - courtyard noise was evident (not much to muffle it from the exterior entrance) and no microwave in the room (but one in the lobby).
The environment is comfortable... I like this place. Very artistic, many beautiful galleries, next time you come to the United States, you will definitely look forward to your next trip to the United States.
Breakfast is simple. Not suitable for living with children. The hotel is small but very refined.

Laguna Beaches
SSFC申花魂There are still a lot of beaches in Los Angeles. The scenery of Laguna Beach here is quite good. It is very interesting to come here to play. The color of the sea is very beautiful. The photos are very beautiful.
Top of the World
1137***66It's a great view of the city and at a reasonable price. After visiting the Empire State Building in New York and Sears Building in Chicago, it's a bit too inconspicuous, but it's the best view of Baltimore.
Aliso Beach
MM32***23We visited on a poor surf day, but had fun watching some kite surfers. The beach is clean with free parking and bathroom facilities.
Heisler Park
1137***66Stunning views from the bridge! It is quite a walk from the parking area but worth it. We parked in an area and walked on the gravel path until we came to the large paved path that leads to the bridge. A large bridge with great views! Plan on going back at night when it is lit up!
OC Library - Laguna Beach Branch
MM32***23Great librarians in the local history museum on the 10th floor. Visitors may overlook the main library, but it is a great resource for preserving the rich local history and information. The 10th floor has a sunny reading room and the cafe is on the 3rd floor. I highly recommend it here.
Treasure Island Beach
MM32***23Nice and quite beach, plenty of cheap parking. Beach is a 5 min walk from car park. Not as busy as some of the beaches we passed - a couple of porta-loos if you get caught short. Plenty of waves for surfing.
Alta Laguna Park
1137***66It's a drive with lots of turns but worth it. The park is on top of the hill and has great amenities for the kids and adults. Bring your camera or paints and enjoy it. A popular place for locals.
Pacific Marine Mammal Center
Ccoo***an[View] Pacific Marine Mammal Center is a super loving animal rescue center. Let children love nature and protect the environment. Buy a small gift to help more marine protection. [Fun] There are huge sea fish bones at the door. A good place to lead children to play. Finally, we can tell how to identify seals, walruses, sea lions, sea dogs.
