The hotel is generally viewed from the outside, an ordinary small building, but the room size is OK and the facilities are relatively complete. In addition to the place to wash, there is also a microwave operating table, which is convenient for drinking hot water. The shower water volume is very large, especially worth mentioning that the mattress is very comfortable, belonging to the domestic level of more than 10,000 yuan. The disadvantage is that the cleaning is not meticulous enough, the bathroom roof is a bit moldy, and the overall satisfaction is satisfactory. Very close to the highway, but not noisy.
Just what I needed after having a stressful morning in the airport. Connie’s extraordinary level of customer service is something you can only hope for at any hotel stay (thank you so much Connie!). Even the shuttle service was great... as I had three suitcases at checkin and the driver literally doubled as a bell captain taking me to my room, making sure I was properly settled... it doesn’t get much better than that!! Will definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a place near the ATL airport, this hotel is a great choice. It is clean and comfortable. I don't know if the lower floors have been remodeled yet, but the higher floors have and they are nice. Each room has a fridge and microwave, which is convenient. I stay here often and as a Diamond Hilton Honors member, they always treat me well and make me feel valued. I usually check in in the evening and the Front Desk Manager, Lanear Warren, always remembers my name and makes sure everything is ready for me. He has always personalized his interactions with me and I appreciate that very much. There is a courtesy airport shuttle to and from hotel. They have an on-site restaurant and Bar, with a limited menu, but it has a little of everything, I do not believe it is open for lunch, but it is for Breakfast and Dinner. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi and a small business center that is free to use. My only minor complaint is that the water flow from their shower heads need to be stronger. I don't know if there is a water saver in the shower head, but it needs to be remover for unrestricted water flow. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which is why I prefer this hotel when I stay by the ATL airport.
Strange odors in hallway on 4 th floor. Could smell it near front door but not into the room thankfully. Our room was clean but missing a bar of hand soap. It was late so just delt with it. Had liquid body wash, shampoo and conditioner in containers mounted in shower. Great hot water and good water pressure in shower. Mini fridge. Ice bucket in wardrobe. Very loud luggage cart. We checked in late so felt bad making so much noise in hallway. Nicole who checked us in was very pleasant. Bed was nicer than some other Courtyards but not the most comfortable as we have had at other locations. Heard doors opening and closing during night waking me a few times. With having a noise machine on. We stayed on a Monday night and woke to very loud noises outside that sounded like Garbage trucks emptying dumpsters. And it was not just one or two it went on and on. In the morning had trouble with toilet not flushing and water in sink draining slow. Saw the maid in hallway as we were leaving, she was super sweet. 10/18/22 am. Wish I got her name. I told her what room we were checking out of and told her we had to get change to leave her a tip. At elevator saw part of wallpaper that looked just awful for being a higher tier Marriott. Just looked tacky. Asked front desk staff to break a $20 bill for change to leave a tip for maid. I was told no they didn’t have enough to break it. This was shocking as it’s pretty good size hotel. Many we stay at only have 3 floors this had 4. I asked if I could charge the tip to our room so the maid could receive tip I was told No. I wish I had not told the maid as we are in a hurry and have to get on road. I could not leave then find change and return. Hotel was Easy to find close off of 275 Exit.
Front desk agent was very nasty and rude at the mouth. Upon returning to the property after eating dinner I was stopped and asked numerous questions and held up from going to my room. I was basically interrogated by the employee before I could go up to my room which was very unprofessional.
I chose this hotel for a student group trip. It is an economy hotel and the rate was pretty good. It is a newer hotel so things seemed very fresh and up to date. I was placed in a suite room, where I entered into a living space and then walked through a hall with a kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee maker), and a bathroom in order to get to the bedroom. This worked particularly well because after ended up needing to stay for 10 full days. The breakfast buffet had mainly packaged breakfast sandwiches that worked well. What I would particularly like to comment on, however, is the staff. Each one was friendly, kind, and accommodating. I had to extend my stay 3 times and only had positive interactions with the staff via phone or in person.
Stayed several times, the parking lot is large, parking is convenient, the room is a suite, very large, the decoration is slightly old, close to the supermarket. Breakfast is rich in American hotels.
There are several restaurants on the side, among which the Chinese restaurant is very good, and a colleague still has a birthday there. Getting up in the morning and running in the morning is very good. Country INN I lived a lot, and each gave me a great feeling. I felt very warm when I saw the same, characteristic furnishings of each house. I usually prefer Holiday Inn and Country INN on business.

AAnonymous UserBecause of the blizzard, we stayed in the hotel for four nights. Fortunately, we booked Home2, which is spacious and comfortable with a kitchen. The main breakfast is slightly different every day, so it is not easy to get tired of it. The shuttle bus runs every half an hour and starts at 4 am. It is very convenient to go to the airport

Grace, Chanda and Mike provided my family with an excellent experience during the holiday season. We were welcomed warmly and treated to a home away from home. Great care was taken with both of the rooms.
GGuest UserWithin the last 12 months my wife and I have stayed at this fine hotel four times. In each case we have enjoyed outstanding customer hospitality led by the General Manager Tiana Ortiz. She and all of her team go out of their way to meet and exceed your every request. The clean comfortable rooms, refreshing breakfast, efficient airport shuttle and constant smiles are all exceptional. We recommend to anyone especially retired folks wanting a hassle free travel experience in/out of the Atlanta Airport!

Don’t let the outside turn you away, rooms are remodeled and nice, definitely a positive experience for me, staff was nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Atlanta airport and need a place to sleep like I did.
