Absolute fabulous experience. We arrived at 2am from a long day in New York and a late flight. We were greeted immediately and was given our room keys and a parking pass with in 3 mins. The room was fabulous. So big and roomy it even had a door to the bedroom that separated the bed from a couch area. The room had 2 tv's. It was above expectations.

The A/C on my room did not work during my whole stay, even though they arrange some discount for the night it is something they need to be aware.

Desk staff were wonderful and helpful. The woman taking care of breakfast was extremely rude. The beds... worst I've ever slept on in a hotel. The hotel itself was clean.

Room was very clean, breakfast was good and the dining area was very nice. The staff was also super friendly. When we got to the room, some of the lamps and the tv didn’t work. It wasn’t a big deal to use because it was already late and we were just needing somewhere for 1 night to lay our head but thought it was worth noting.

First she had me wait until she was done talking to her mother on the phone! Second she kept thinking we were having a party.. she she constantly kept saying you can only have who is staying in the room .. no visitors cause then it is mistaken for a party… she literally seen 2 different people me and my husband which we were not partying just making sure our daughter was safe cause she wanted a room for the weekend for her and two of her friends.. otherwise she put us in a room that was already occupied (we opened a room with people in it) .. then some things were broken and off centered in the room

The worst room I have ever stayed in I was so uncomfortable and could not sleep at all. The curtains were so dirty even the face towels didn’t feel clean lol. The room had the worst smell ever I couldn’t stay long I check in around midnight and checked out at 4am

Everyone was very friendly, but don’t count on them to do what they say. We asked for housekeeping three times. Finally, I threw the towels and the trash cans outside the door and was walking to the front desk to ask for more towels when I saw the housekeeper picking up the towels. I asked her for new ones which she actually brought. She had been asked twice before. The bathroom was marginally cleaned. That’s not a bug in the picture. Looks like dried snot. Very friendly. But expect to be looked in the eye and told something will happen that absolutely wont

The gear was not operable and maintenance was unable to rectify until after midnight. There were no other rooms and we were offered blankets in lieu of heat.
