Find the Cheap Son Servera Hotels

We were super animated with our hotel choice even having cheaper options, but we saw by the photos and reviews that the site was quite pleasant and the accommodation was as we wanted. However, once we arrived, we felt the strong smell of moisture in the room and then we saw that the bathroom exhaustor also did not work, often leaving the environment all wet after being used for the bath, for example, when spending a lot of time like this. Then we saw that the room heating was not working any day of our stay, and the temperature fell and always cool at night. We requested covers for 3X to the hotel, but no one came to deliver us. Finally we had to go personally to make the order at the hotel reception, located in another building. We were given a edredon and a coat to cover it ourselves. We see then that the edredon was also small for two people. We left the cover with the edredom to be covered by the cleaning staff the next day, but when we return to the hotel by night, to our surprise even after the lack of answer to previous requests, the edredon was following without a cape and the cleaners had taken her away. So, with the cold room, we finally continue using the edredon without a coat even to not have once again to ask for any service that would not be answered again. The hotel's location is really very good, the staff was nice, the room size would also have been great if everything was working, but in terms of customer support and we spent cold every night of our stay, besides walking forward and back carrying Edredons late night, from one side to the other, was quite frustrating for the hotel level we thought it was.

Just returned from two weeks at this hotel with my husband and a friend. Well, what can I say about this hotel. It's the worst hotel we have ever stayed in in 38 years of going to cala bona/ cala millor. The room was too small as I'm disabled and not got good mobility even though I emailed them my circumstances. So here are my bullet points of what's good and what's bad. 1. Shower room is dangerous. I had to place towels on the floor as so slippy. 2. Ten days before sheets were changed and even then they put on two single sheets onto a double bed. 3. Food. What can I say. Oh yes. Every day , chicken. Pork. Chips. Potatoes. Always cold. Breakfast not great. Bacon is awful. Eggs are cold. Everything is cold. Bread covered in flies and oh yes. What's left at night is covered with cling film ready to be eaten next day. 4. Do not cater for British. Only polish. 5. Reception staff are nice enough. 6. The hotel is requiring to be cleaned up. It's dated. 7. Hotel will reply that you need to get in touch with head office at illusion. They know of all the complaints but do nothing at all about them. 8. Careful if you go into the pool as the steps are shaky. Have been for months but nothing done about that. 9. Do yourself a favour. Give this hotel a wide berth.

Arrived later than expected due to terrible EasyJet shared transfer. Room was not as expected but after chatting to reception team paid to upgrade to the rooftop suite room 71. Totally amazing room with own plunge pool. Hotel is more of a 3 star plus. Has potential to be 4 star but some areas tired. Was not expecting food to be so good after reading some reviews. I’m a vegetarian and there was plenty of choice and all food was hot. We chose to seat outside and it was lovely overlooking the harbour. Drink very cheap. A lovely Rose and only 2.90 euros a glass. Staff nice and helpful when needed. The resort is lovely plenty of shops and other places to eat and drink. Overall a lovely stay.
