Hotel Millor Sol

Lovely hotel overall very clean and staff are so friendly. Never an issue to get sunbeds and the pool is perfect nice and big and never too crowded, there is a lovely little pool for the little ones too. The breakfast was outstanding so much to choose from. I do unfortunatly have some negatives. ENTERTAINMENT There was 1 animation member of staff and she is never actually seen around the pool when she is she’s just strutting around with her hands on her hips flicking her hair back and forward flirting with the lifeguard that works at the hotel I will move onto him in a minute. I smiled at her mutiple times and got ignored she only speaks to the children I know that’s what she is there for but it’s also manners to make an effort with ALL guests. The mini disco for the little ones doesn’t start untill 9 at night way to late! There is absolutly no entertainment for adults we were here a week and only managed to watch 2 shows because that’s all there is. The hotel advertised bingo etc there is NONE of that. The lifeguard at the pool is horrible and I would really like management to have a word with him. My friend started vaping thinking it was ok as we are outside and he came over and screamed at him so rude. The next day he had his vape out on the bed while he was sorting his bag out again he came over and screamed at us. I’ve seen him speak badly to other guests aswell if they are playing the with the umbrella or god forbid having fun and splashing in the pool. He was awful he would walk around the pool and just give us horrible looks very uncomfortable please address this with him! Such a shame to have negatives because it is a lovely hotel

Great location of the hotel (on the quiet side), very clean and big rooms (suita was gret! Very big, had 2 balconies, big bathroom, mini refrigerator, 2 TVs, sofa, 2 closets). Not the newest room but it was well maintain and very clean, and we were outside the whole day anyway. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was very big (also 1 small pool for the kids). Breakfast was great (huge variety of food, something for everyone - also gluten free bread/donuts available, lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, just NO vegan milk or yogurt, and no gluten free granola/cereals). Bus stop is 400m away, the bus conections are incredible (go to cala Agulla you will not regret it!). We also rented a car in the hotel and the service and price was great! The only down thing for us was a life guard on the pool!!! That man needs to teach some basic manners how to communicate with guests (really rude man)! We were at the pool only the first day in the late afternoon and that man was realy rude to us and also to 2 other kids (had a huge argument with parents of one kid)... Everything else was just great! We stayed for 7days, traveled around a lot (with bus, car). Cala Millor was just too turistic/fake for us, had no charm at all...a lot of bars (fast food, etc), shops, very loud music at every corner ... if you are looking for something good to eat and drink you're not gonna find it here. But the hotel was nice.

Small Spanish hotel, easy walking distance to long sandy beach. Staff at reception friendly and very helpful. We had a suite on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. Large bedroom with separate lounge, modern bathroom with rain shower. No kettle but you can hire one for 10 euros for the week. Beds comfy, suite very clean, good quality towels. The pool is well maintained with plenty of sunbeds. No pool towels but we got some from the local shop for 5 euros. Safe 16 euros with 5 euro refundable deposit. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets locally for anything you need. Breakfast good, plenty of fresh fruit, breads, eggs, cheese and omlettes made to order. Good coffee machine, but the toaster was very slow. We were half board and found the food fresh and well cooked and generally found something we liked even as non meat eaters. You can sit on the terrace for all meals. There are lots of restaurants near if you want something more than buffet dining. The bar staff make and excellent Mojito. Drinks are usual hotel prices ,7 euros a cocktail and 2 euros for a glass of wine. Nice lounge area to relax, play cards or watch the entertainment. The hotel is quiet and relaxed, set back from the hustle and bustle of the seafront but close enough to experience both. Guests are mostly Spanish and German but we felt very welcome. This is a 3 star hotel but as good as some 4 stars I have stayed in in Spain, excellent value for money. We booked direct with the hotel and all communication was very professional. We had a very relaxing week and would happily return

cala Millor is a beautiful place, hotel millor sol where we stayed are very strict on meal times, no snacks available just cake everyday, pool opening times are a joke 10am - 6pm when it's boiling hot, towels changed twice in a week, must say the food is good enough choice for everyone to enjoy. Just be aware of the hotel staff of accusing the holiday makers of abusing them.

Food options were fine, but not amazing. Hotel itself was excellent and staff were lovely.

The hotel was lovely. Staff were great and very helpful and friendly. Food was really good. The one big problem for us though was that the air conditioning was useless and didn’t work well at all. Other guests had the same issue also. The room was uncomfortably hot and it made it difficult to relax or sleep in there. We had to go and but a fan to help a little. Overall it was a great holiday but this issue with the air con would put me off going back to this hotel which is a real shame because everything else was great.

The staff of this hotel are all great, but the reception manager ruins the whole experince. I booked two rooms for me and my two children and asked twice before arrival to get rooms next to each other. I had to argue with the reception manager to get a room closer to my children and she had absolutely no understanding of me wanting to be close to the children. I later asked if I could take some bread on a trip, and she said no I couldn't take any food from the breakfast, though we paid for all inclusive. This morning I saw the manager remove all the towels from the pool area, to put them all in a bin for guest to find them later between 30 other dirty hotel guest towels. The only thing that would let me to stay at this hotel in Mallorca again is the fantastic restaurant/bar manager and his staff. Best service ever🙂

The hotel was overall a nice hotel. However the air conditioning was terrible barley felt like anything was on. I also got food poisoning from the seafood on one of the last days which definitely brought down the review for this hotel.

This hotel should be at least 4 stars. Spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was always hot and nicely presented. Only thing that spoilt the evenings was the German umpa music, began to think i was at the Munich beer festival !!!
