Every time I have gone, the accommodations were excellent, staff was very friendly and amenities are awesome. Extra bonus points for the great workout room! This hotel is so close to the magnificent mile and so much shopping! Also, there are a lot of food choices everywhere! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. When I stay in Chicago, I make it a point to book this hotel."

"Wonderful room with wonderful views. Love sitting in the window seats overlooking the city. The service is excellent- Antonio and Jovan are excellent as well as another young gentleman who worked at the front desk (can’t remember his name). We love this location. The only negative is having to look at the trump hotel and to be reminded of an awful human being that is sadly, horrifically and scarily our joke of a president who is ruining our country. The L7 though is wonderful and we highly recommend."
