The largest suite is also very small. It is a crowded hotel. You can only order one breakfast per person. No more than one. It looks good and tastes average, but there are free bicycles to borrow. The location is a bit off the beaten track, but there are no bugs or strange birds in the ancient city, which is good. I don't recommend it, but I don't complain. It's average

The hotel is very close to Nimman Road, while avoiding the hustle and bustle of Nimman Road, the feeling of being quiet in the noisy is really good👍 the style of the hotel is very British, and it feels warm and romantic. Wake up in the morning listening to romantic music and waiting for the breakfast prepared for you. Enjoy it. Those who are not suitable for western food need to consider, and the breakfast will be prepared at 8 o'clock as early as possible, suitable for friends traveling leisurely. We booked a single double bed, plus a lower berth, the room layout is very warm, sanitary conditions are good, and sound insulation is also good. It's just that the furniture in the room is a bit old, which requires careful consideration. All in all, we love this shop! The waiter and owner are very nice!

Hygiene: Very clean. The yard and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Environment: It's unique and stylish, with a small yard. I like to sit in the yard and read a book. When I get up early, there are birds chirping. Service: Staff service attitude is very good The only major drawback is that the breakfast is really not delicious and not suitable for my Chinese stomach. The sound insulation effect is also average. You can hear the coughing and walking sounds upstairs. However, because it is relatively quiet in the alley, we The price I set was 900 per night for two people in a triple room. Because there were no rooms available when I made the reservation, it felt much more expensive than usual.

Near Old Town, a night bazaar walkable accommodation It's quite close to the Sunday market But the downside is that the entrance is confusing and scary There are a lot of bars around at night I stayed for 2 nights and the cleaning service didn't enter in the middle. Clean and cool but the fan is very noisy 106

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, the room space is large, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the equipment is relatively new and clean. PS You must bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste when traveling in Thailand. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic Environment: So comfortable!! It has its own large garden. It is very comfortable to rest in the hotel during the day. You can also drink at night. The hotel has a bartending service. The breakfast menu selection includes English breakfast and Thai local soup noodles, porridge, etc. The drinks are also great! Service: The waiters are very gentle and enthusiastic. They will greet you and smile when you go out and come back!

I traveled with my family. My sister chose the hotel. I didn't have to worry about anything during the whole trip. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is also very close to the airport. It only takes a few minutes to get there by taxi. The hotel is very close to the ancient city. It is just a few steps away. It is also close to the shopping mall. There are many places to eat nearby. In short, this local hotel with characteristics at this price is still highly recommended

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that the temperature of the swimming pool was neither too cold nor too hot, making it easy to use. The room condition was not bad, and overall it was good, but the breakfast was the worst quality among the hotels I stayed in Chiang Mai. Other than the breakfast, it is a great hotel.

Just thought that the water had just flooded for a few months. Arrived at the entrance of an abandoned hotel The side to Lamphun was closed, so we had to detour to the other side. The hotel itself was pale. Like this place used to be a temporary hotel and changed to a daily basis. The bathroom door cannot be closed too.

The main thing is that the location is located next to Acarde Terminal. If you want to go to other counties and cities such as Sukhota, Chianrai, Mae Hong Son, and Pai County, C Trip has the only option to choose from. Otherwise, you have to use other apps to book. There is air conditioning, a little tidying up, no refrigerator, kettle, elevator, a deposit of 200, the counter staff can only communicate in Thai using a translation app, the faucet leaks~ For bus transfer, this is the only place on Ctrip⋯

SsxslI read two negative reviews before traveling and was a little worried. After the results arrived, I found that my worries were unnecessary. The hotel has beautiful greenery and the rooms are very clean. We are a family of four, two adults and two children. We did not fill in the correct number of people when we made the reservation. When we arrived, we were told that we needed to upgrade the room type. Although we had to pay the price difference, the extra bed fee and meal fee for the children were included. Very reasonable. Everyone must fill in the correct number of people before making a reservation. Had a very nice three days. For ten days this time, I booked 137, Raya Heritage and Four Seasons Hotel. 137 is my first choice next time I come to Chiang Mai.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, surrounded by shops and vibrant shopping areas, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The room was comfortable, but the design felt a bit unusual. The toilet and bath lacked additional doors to separate them from the main room, and the toilet door wasn’t fully enclosed, which, combined with the absence of an exhaust fan, caused unpleasant odors to linger in the room. The bath area was poorly lit, making it quite dark, and the basin was positioned in the same row as the minibar and open closet, leading to water splashes on the corridor and table. Our first night was uncomfortable due to dust mites, but the reception staff were helpful and assisted us in changing to another room, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was enjoyable, and despite the initial inconvenience, the overall experience was positive thanks to the location and service.

JJames in ShanghaiStaff were friendly but the service style is a little old fashioned. We had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, there are signs in the room warning of charges for stained sheets or towels and we are asked to wait 5 minutes at check out for someone to check the room for damages. The room is beautiful in an old colonial style. It can be a little noisy but not a big problem. It was incredibly clean and lots of storage. The breakfast is also great with a good selection of local and international food. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had an excellent experience.

FFiat789The accommodation is located not far from tourist attractions. Especially during the night, it is convenient to travel. But the walkway in front of the room makes noise from the sound of shoes rubbing against the floor and guests walking in and out and talking loudly. (Some groups are intoxicated) throughout the night. If this sound can be corrected, it will greatly reduce the disturbance during resting time. Because the bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable to sleep on.

GGuest User[De Chai gives you free drinks if you leave them a kind review during your stay so please be mindful of the reviews you see here :) ] I found the two bathrooms very appealing along with the price per night so I decided to stay here during my trip with my parents, but there are a lot of room for improvement. Location: 11-15 minutes away from Chiang Mai Airport so you can hear airplanes flying by in the hotel room. If you’re a light sleeper you might find discomfort staying here. There are definitely better hotels near here, personally I don’t recommend staying here. There are yummy food places near by that made up my experience here! I liked how I could walk to One Nimman & Maya to beat the heat. Amenities: gym is pretty small, and the pool is tiny too. The pool was so warm as the water isn’t being circulated, which personally discouraged me opt out of swimming here. There were dead bugs floating around too. The pool closes from 6:30pm as there’s a small roof top bar. The gym operates from 7am to 7pm only. Room: When I checked in, there was hair & dust on the floor. I later addressed this to the front desk the next day (we checked in the evening) & they cleaned it thankfully. The bigger issue here is a structural issue with the restroom floor. While showering, I realized that my feet were submerged in water and I was showering in a shower booth, not bath. The drainages are not working well so I had to be careful while showering because of this issue. It’s also because the water doesn’t flow to the drain fast enough and the water is just going to be all over the bathroom floor. I communicated this with the hotel staff but they just told me to shower with the drain top off but that didn’t fix the issue as I had to stop from the water overflowing by making circles on top of the drain to help the water drain out + using towels to soak the spilled out water. However, this might be a problem with just my room though. I stayed in room 502, so I hope this helps. Service: Most staff don’t speak english fluently so it was quite difficult to communicate with them especially with my drainage problem. They’re not really welcoming but I think they are just shy because when I asked them something they looked startled and they didn’t know what to say.

GGuest UserThe hotel in general is quite recommendable. The location is good as it is inside the wall and very close to one of the main streets where you can find bike rentals, coffee, washing machines etc. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and we got water bottles every day in the mini bar. There is a swimming pool when you get into the hotel and it's okay since it's enough to refresh you from high temperatures. The staff is friendly and recommend things to do in your stay in the city. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. They have breakfast available in addition to the price . We were left after check out.

AAdonis, MPH, MSCI recently stayed at The Residence Hotel in Chiang Mai, and it was a pleasant experience overall, especially for a three-star establishment. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts: The hotel is conveniently located near some of Chiang Mai's main attractions, including the Night Bazaar and the Old City. It’s tucked away in a quieter part of town, which makes it ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle while still being close to the action. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance, which adds to its charm. The rooms are clean and functional, though slightly outdated. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were adequate—air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and complimentary bottled water. However, the décor could use a modern touch, and the bathroom, while clean, showed signs of wear. The Wi-Fi was reliable only in the room, which was a little uncomfortable to use lobby area to work or search the internet. some staffs were not friendly due to the languages, most language uses are Thai. While the service wasn’t luxurious, it was warm and genuine, which added to the overall experience. There’s also a simple breakfast available, which, while not extensive, featured fresh fruits, toast, and a few local dishes. For the price, The Residence Hotel provides excellent value. It’s not a luxury stay, but it offers everything a traveler might need for a comfortable visit to Chiang Mai. The combination of its location, affordability, and lack friendly service makes it a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers. The Residence Hotel is a good option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly and well-located place to stay in Chiang Mai. While it may not have the frills of higher-end accommodations, its clean rooms, lack of welcoming staff, and convenience make it worth considering for your next trip. Would recommend for solo travelers and couples looking for a simple yet comfortable base to explore Chiang Mai!
