Then I asked to change to a thin quilt, and the front desk agreed verbally. After a long time, they gave me a quilt with the same thickness as the standard one in the room. Let me ask you, are your waiters so careless when serving? Just get a thinner quilt? ? Don’t you know what kind of quilt you have in your room? ! It's past 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, which means waiting for half an hour in vain. I suggested again that a thin quilt cover would be fine and was given a quilt cover. Excellent service , staff are very professional , I recall all the front desk staff as brilliant and professional, I only remember Rachel and Laura’s names but all of them were just so AMAZING, and prepared for the task. The man in charge of the gym is also super great, helpful and always remembered me. Every time I forget the key he would assist me to go to the elevator and beep his card so I can return to my floor. Breakfast buffet is amazing, super clean and the staff are very attentive when we need to be served . THanks housekeeping, front desk, food and beverages, bell desk and all the staff I am unable to see but makes this place so great !

Booked this hotel for a family trip of three. It is well-located and close to restaurants and a walking alley filled with coffee and fruit shops. The double twin bedroom was big enough for the three of us and the breakfast was really delicious. A spread for all pallets. The environment is quiet tranquil and the receptionist are helpful. Only suggestion would to get the hotel to register another name either in English or pinyin for Didi. That was the only struggle.

Amazing Courtyard hotel in the middle of a Upper class area, the friendly greeting and help was amazing and able to speak English was a plus, we were made to feel very special and the food was amazing. Ample breakfast which starts at 7:30. Easy access to the metro and only 20 minutes to the railway station and Pandas. Definitely would advise anyone to stay here and you would not be disappointed.
