酒店的位置很方便，步行10分鐘左右已有地下鐵路站。附近也有一間獲米其林推薦的餐廳，可以到那裏吃晚餐。前台的員工也很樂意幫助。美中不足近街道較嘈吵，以及廁所曾出現小的蟑螂。

因為去醫院看病近，選擇了這家酒店，走過去10分鐘以內。本來衹定了一晚，後來病情需要再待一晚，前台很貼心地告知在他們的公眾號上訂更優惠，還給我免費升級了房型👍🏻
雙人下午茶套餐:2份自選茶水➕一碟哈密瓜（早餐剩的）➕一碟慕斯蛋糕（早餐剩的）
早餐:廚師服務態度非常差！讓客人自己煮麪！真是第一次聽説！吃不到麪怪自己不會煮嘍？！我付的是包含早餐的錢好吧！廚師自己一直在旁邊刷小視頻，整個餐廳都是他外放的視頻聲音🔊！很多菜也冷了，豆漿，牛奶都冷了！
設施：房間有直飲機，蠻好的。但是旁邊就是衣架，放出來的水都濺到衣服上了，希望改進！

酒店所有工作人員服務意識很強，房間乾淨床品舒服。下午茶茶點豐富，前台免費的蜂蜜檸檬水很解暑，味道不錯。
房間設施設備齊全，小度語音控制程度很高。停車方便，出行方便，洗衣房也很好用準備了旅行袋裝洗衣液，這個值得很多大酒店學習。整個入住過程很愉快，謝謝。

房間很一般，而且我還主動用了升房權益也沒給我升房，還是我説房間有異味才給我換了一間親子房，早餐也是一言難盡，民宿還是要提高服務才能長久啊。

給了兩個笑臉，其實想給一個的，那一個是給我兒子喜歡的酒店前台小哥哥的，這個店裡，就他讓我們覺得自己是住的酒店。我住這家酒店是因為我看到評論裏有説帶孩子住宿的好評。如果你是親自旅行，不建議住在這裏，第一交通不是很方便，離地鐵口有一段距離。第二臨街，隔音很差。第三整個酒店是一棟老樓改建的，下水有問題，馬桶正常大號就會堵，找的保潔員處理，拿着疏通馬桶的工具，幫我給馬桶圈也刷了一下，我都看懵了，還有這樣的！衞生間的味道特別大，排風扇系統也不好，根本起不到排除異味的作用，你提出問題，給你的建議是用空氣清新劑改善，我放棄了，因為這根本就是掩耳盜鈴。第四早餐很簡單，和民宿的小食堂差不多，孩子都不愛吃（我兒子不挑食，就是太簡單了）。第五設施的問題，這家店不提供礦泉水，是直飲機，洗衣機沒有烘乾，洗衣機衞生狀況很糟糕（厚厚一層油垢），如果不是親子旅行這條可以忽略。第六服務，第一天入住時前台辦理入住的工作人員還可以，以後遇到事情，可以説冷漠，與這座城的包容格格不入。説説好的床品和毛巾都比較乾淨，沒有異味。頂樓有露台，適合喜歡拍照的朋友。還有可能是一環吧，酒店的整體風格和我們通常住的酒店還是有區別的，大堂類似民宿，有點像茶社。希望我踩雷的地方，大家可以避開，如果我能看到真實的評價，興許我就會有更好的選擇，希望可以給大家點幫助。
