An old area at heart of Chengdu, lot of restaurant around this hotel but lack of the hotel facilities.

By far the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. The service was subpar and chaotic. The room’s ac was broken, so did the Wi-Fi. Don’t expect your call get to the front desk, cuz the line will always be busy. The room wasn’t clearly labeled when you step out of the elevator. Worst Hilton ever period.

The room is clean, the non-smoking room has no smell, the bed is moderately soft and hard, the pillows are very comfortable, the water in the bathroom is strong, the mineral water brand is special and tastes good, the location is convenient and there are many snacks, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to Kuanzhai Alley

The room facilities are very new, the front desk and room attendants are super nice, the desk in the room is very convenient for work and the lighting is good. I like the sofa in the middle the most, where I can watch TV and chat with my family at night.
