Please come and re-hygiene. We went out to buy breakfast and then came back. When we encountered hygiene, we changed the toothbrush and laid the sheets. The cleaning was about to leave. We asked, don't mop the floor? Then the cleaning took the mop and dipped it in the toilet, and dragged it directly. Just drag it away. The ground was dark and the E. coli in the toilet could be imagined.
We are and remind to mop the floor, cleaning barely to mop, and directly use the water in the toilet! It can be imagined that usually do not mop the floor, even if the floor is mop, is it still the water of the toilet?

This stay was a great experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the layout was comfortable, making people feel at home. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, responsive and efficient. The location is very good, the subway station is downstairs, it is very convenient to go to Wuyi Square, you can also scan a small tram. The room is exquisitely decorated and is the type that girls like. It is very convenient to wash clothes and dry, shampoo and body soap are also very delicate, Dyson hair dryer is very cute and small, the projection size needs to be reset, and the bed is very comfortable.

This is a very good hotel, the room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, let me enjoy a good sleep. The staff are warm and welcoming. Vienna Hotel 5.0 version, the whole house is small and intelligent control, which makes me feel convenient and comfortable. There is also self-service laundry and gym on the 26th floor. The parking lot is on the first floor of the hotel. Parking is very convenient and very good experience! ! Very recommended to stay! !

The hotel has a good environment and excellent service. We checked in at 4:30 pm. The river view room we booked was upgraded to a river view suite by the hotel front desk. Thank you very much. You can see the open river view in the room. The night view of the river in the picture was taken in the room, and the other two river views during the day were taken in front of the hotel lobby. As for the hotel service, whether it is the smiling welcome at the front desk, the sufficient supply of breakfast, or the timely response to the room service phone when needed, all reflect the professional service of a five-star hotel. Of course, every day when I come back from outings, I can see the room is tidy and clean as before. This stay made our trip more comfortable and perfect.

Location was fantastic, right outside the metro exit and 3min walk to the railway station. Room was a bit small but that was alright for the price. Just that the bathroom had some sticky liquid under the dustbin. Nice that there are lots of power sockets.

CChella in ChinaThe design & style of this hotel is amazing. Modern and clean Ioved it. The smell is amazing in the lobby, except for the mall shop by the stairs where the owner smokes inside (which is very common in China). The staff are nice and helpful to take your bags & help you to reception. The is no English at all so if you don’t speak Chinese you will be lost. Their is also face recognition to open your door to your room but they do that for me (don’t know why). Check in was very easy! And so quick considering they were so busy when I checked in and also I am foreign. The room was so nice and I was on the top floor with a nice view. However some things I would recommend for the room is (1) add a cupboard. There was only a small hanger on I hang my clothes (no cupboard or drawers). (2) Why doesn’t the TV connect to wifi? If this can happen the experience will be much better. Such a nice smart tv but you can mirror your phone to the TV cause there no wifi in the TV.
Other than these small things, it was a very pleasant stay. Nice location with covid testing opposite (50m). Also, rooms were like 95% sound proof which is better than any room I’ve been at in china. Makes for a super comfortable experience.

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

You can literally walk to all the main shopping streets nearby for access to shopping and food (eg bakeries, famous fermented bean curd, bubble tea shops, Chinese food chains, many food streets/food courts). Just around the corner there’s also a small quaint alley which is quieter than the main shopping streets, that also has nice local options or coffee shops. The staff was very sweet when I checked in and she offered a room upgrade for me. I also needed their help to book a car because my overseas phone can’t do so on the Didi app, and they helped me with that :) The pickup / drop off location is however not at the hotel itself. It’s across the street right at the traffic light (outside Zegna of IFS). Orange Hotel is directly opposite IFS if you’d like access to higher end shopping. Don’t expect 5 star hotel cleanliness, the room did smell a little musky (someone definitely smoked in there before at some point), but it was livable and the good location trumps it all. There are some lighting options in this room as well that are pretty amusing - props to the hotel for wanting to spice things up. There’s a small ramp to help you roll your luggage up at the lift landing, and if you need anything eg an extra bottle of water, a robot helps to bring it to your room :)

My friends and I selected a lot of stores on Blue Software, and finally chose this store with good reviews and no bad reviews for the time being, and the price for a family room is only 400 yuan! It's suitable for two people to live in! The first floor is still being renovated and the environment is a bit dirty. The front desk is on the fifth floor, just go up there. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock and were able to check in. There was fruit in the room. The place and environment were larger and cleaner than expected. And it's really convenient to get in and out. We always walk directly when we go out. The hotel customer service staff is very good and answers all questions. If you ask her before where you want to go, she can give you direct answers. But in a tourist city like Changsha, it can really be said that it never sleeps. When we went to bed at around 12 o'clock, we still heard the bustling noise outside, but it was okay and did not affect our rest. Maybe the hotel only has the fifth floor and the first floor. There is no noise from upstairs and the soundproofing is satisfactory. Needless to say, the service is really great. I must come here again next time I travel to Changsha!

The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light
The first day I took a shower and found that the floor drain was not good. Fortunately, it was resolved quickly. The hotel should pay more attention to this routine inspection~

GGuest Usermy room is facing airport at day time you can hear the take off and landing noise but I think is acceptable. But good thing the window is doubles door and at night the airport is less flight, so no problems to me.
