The hotel lobby is relatively not so grand, but the service staff are thoughtful and enthusiastic. They gave doll gifts to the children and added service WeChat, which can be answered 24 hours a day. The view suite is spacious and comfortable, with an unbeatable lake view. There are also public spaces such as the living room and dining room for the whole family to move around. The experience of watching the game with the whole family during the Olympics is really unforgettable. The decoration style is also very good, simple and atmospheric. After 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, there were still footsteps of children running up and down upstairs. After reporting to the management WeChat, it was solved in time. The only small problem is that the air conditioning in the twin room is a bit weak, I don't know why. In summary, the stay experience is very good👍

Bathroom: Very big showering area, I estimate it at around 6-7m2. water heats up quickly and makes for a good showering experience. Living area: also roomy, big windows show a good city view, the bedside outlets are equipped with usb charging ports, pretty convenient. Facilities: Very petite gym room with two treadmills and a small dumbbell rack up to 30kg, a conference room, a laundry room and a small sky garden, all at 12f. No breakfast because of covid restrictions.

I was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was nicely designed and in a densely populated area which made travelling and finding places to eat at very smooth sailing. The room was spacious, including a lounge area and had a big bathtub with a beautiful city view of the colourful skyscrapers which lit up at night. Wish we had a longer time in the area as we would have loved to stay for longer. Would highly recommend.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is excellent. The subway is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is also delicious and has a lot of varieties. It's a good hotel and the price/performance ratio is very high. I recommend everyone to stay here.

There is a shopping mall downstairs. I went to KTV to sing with my colleagues in the evening. The room is spacious and warmly decorated. The bed is comfortable and the quality of sleep is very high. Wi-Fi is very fast and suitable for business travel. The front desk service was very friendly and check-in and check-out were quick. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The hotel's cleaning work is very good. In the morning, I saw cleaning staff maintaining the hygiene of public areas. In addition, the hotel’s gym is well-equipped and is a great place for me to keep exercising while traveling. Overall, I think this hotel is very cost-effective. I will choose here next time and recommend it to my friends.
