The hotel is very clean and profesional. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has an ample range for the hungry traveller with the Chinese food cooked to perfection and decent bread but not many cereal options. I would have preferred there to be sugar-free options with the hot drinks but there is hot water for tea bags. The decor is superb and bed warm and comfortable. I didn't get to see the museum so if I come back then I will probably choose to stay here again!

It was my first time to find a hotel for my birthday. I chose Marriott Executive Apartments after a long time. The service was really great. When the hotel found out it was my birthday, they gave me birthday decorations and a free room upgrade. I upgraded to a one-bedroom lake view room. The view was very nice, the room was large, and the facilities were very good. The breakfast was delicious. There are a lot of things to do nearby. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi to get to BBK Meixi New World. It is a very large shopping mall with everything you need. Overall, it was a great experience and I will come again in the future.

The hotel has a great location and the front desk service is very good. The room is clean and tidy. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel has a nice environment and fresh air. I chose this hotel when I came to Changsha with my children to watch a show. I didn't expect it to be so good. The hotel's Xiao Hu had a sweet smile and warm reception. He also prepared a warm baby gift box. The hotel's car can also take you to the villa area. The service is very detailed and satisfactory. I stayed for three more nights. I look forward to the subsequent stay experience. I also recommend everyone to stay here.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was nicely designed and in a densely populated area which made travelling and finding places to eat at very smooth sailing. The room was spacious, including a lounge area and had a big bathtub with a beautiful city view of the colourful skyscrapers which lit up at night. Wish we had a longer time in the area as we would have loved to stay for longer. Would highly recommend.

The museum does not provide catering services now, so please bring food with you. After leaving, I asked if I wanted water. The coke and instant noodles on the bar are free. The most intimate thing is that there is laundry detergent, which is very convenient for business trips.
