"I was told only when my card had been charged that there was a wedding at the hotel. Therefore we could not eat outside and the pool was not to be used. In addition we were kept awake until 1:45am by thumping music, shouting and singing. Why couldn’t the hotel have advised me more than 2 days before our visit? We would have gone somewhere else. The rooms are tired, stained sink in the bathroom, grubby tiles… aircon that was too warm and couldn’t be adjusted. A very disappointing stay."

"Check-in was inconvenient. There was no one at the front desk at night. I arrived at 23:00 and waited for an hour and a half outside in 12-degree temperature. I called Ctrip customer service before I found a waiter to check in. Other guests are given a pass code when they make their reservation, which can be used to open the parking lot, hotel gate and room door. But I didn't get this code when I booked on Ctrip. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service helped me handle it seriously and efficiently. Thumbs up for this👍"

"Upon arrival, we noticed that the exteriors were seriously neglected. We booked a suite (at €169). Big disappointment, it's just a very large room! Nothing to sit on (just an armchair in a corner) yet there is plenty of room for a table and two chairs or even a lounge! No fridge, drinks are placed on a piece of furniture! However, the bedding is very good quality! The bathroom is not heated, the toilet leaks profusely, and to top it all off, the window overlooking the outbuildings at the back and the staff parking lot is very large but has neither blinds nor curtains... Hello privacy!!! The restaurant: it's cold, the tables are devoid of any decoration (tablecloths, placemats, flowers, candles...) We were brought an amuse bouche still frozen in the center, our starters arrived cold, we repacked them, and came back barely warm, the same for the dishes! And on top of that, there's no taste interest, really very mediocre! The staff is very, very young and completely lacking in professionalism!!! Breakfast: staff absent, but we notice that we have to go and help ourselves in the bar on the other side of the reception. There are eggs but no more bacon, the smoked salmon and the fruit salad are turning brown! The pastries are frozen! On the other hand, there is a very beautiful collection of works of art, as well as cobwebs. To top it all off: our bill was never sent to us as promised! QUID"
