"Not as I expected as 5star hotel n resort. My room has big fungi spot at d wall really not nice to see. There were not sleepers, laundry bag, floor towel,hand towels, I have to call the hotel than they delivered it to me. There were no stationary too. Breakfast just fine with small choices and there were no napkins. They only provide small square n sharing tissue box at the buffet table. Not comfort for me with toddler to go repeatedly to take tissues. The atmosphere was nice and separated with d new building"

"The hotel smells..I asked for a queen bed but didn't get it..the air conditioner was noisy..the mattress and sheets all smelled..I didn't sleep well..there was no wifi..it wasn't nice to be on vacation for 4 days😡😡..I couldn't watch TV..the breakfast wasn't as good as the one in the picture"
