Brussels as a city is not something I enjoyed- there were lots of homeless people around the hotel at night time. At a point while coming from station to the hotel at night, I felt like I might get mugged. Nothing against the hotel though - the hotel is great."

"Very bad experience. Around midnight, the check in took around 30min (use a self register webpage that doesn't fully work). The person told me "you're alone in the dorm" but upon entering, the room was a mess. Some beds were made up partially. There was a pile of clean sheets and towels on a table. The trash bin was full and a bag of KFC was left on a bed. The bathroom was messy. There was hand soap instead of shower gel. I went to the reception and made a complaint. "Oh it's not the first time this happened" was the response. For the complimentary breakfast you need to fetch a QRcode from the reception. This however took another 15min and I gave up and left."
