"I’m a regular at Leonardo Hotel, this year i’ve stayed over 40 nights combined and i always have good experience. However this trip i had a bad experience, half way through my stay the room service was throwing all my personal belongings thinking i already checked out. Lost some stuff but luckily i managed to recover my valuables on time. I also recommended my cousins to the hotel and they also had a poor experience with room service where they did not get any room cleaning for the first 3 days until they had to request it. I’m slightly disappointed with this trip because i know the staff can do better."

"The 3rd time I have stayed in the past 11 months, I love this place, had different rooms each time, and they are all unique but stunning. The staff are lovely and very attentive and polite, had a balcony this time which was a sun trap at night time, very nice. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space and the bathrooms are beautiful, with very powerful showers."

"In a beautiful old building hotel Botanique is situated in the middle of the old city of Breda. The receptionist took great care of us and showed us to our room and explained all amenity’s. Early check in was also possible and very appreciated. Our room had a rooftop window that could not open up, while our room smelled a bit stuffy. After a good night sleep, the bed is amazing, we fully enjoyed the great breakfast at TED’s. Our recommendation would be to book a room with a window that can open and enjoy the hotel, the breakfast and the beautiful city of Breda."

"Good reception and service, excellent breakfast buffet in the adjacent hotel. Slept well, no noise disturbance, and the curtains provided good blackout. Lighting was fine, and the bed was good, but the mattress could be better. The shower was excellent. Minor downsides: the small table for working wasn't clean, the toilet seat was loose, and the TV wouldn't turn off after several attempts, it wasn't working properly. Otherwise, the price-quality ratio was appropriate."

"after colleagues waxing lyrical about this hotel, I had very high expectations although these were tempered by some of the more recent reviews. Alas, my experience echoes some of the less favourable reviews. Room was quite dated, and at this price what hotel does not include a mini fridge in the room? Room on top floor a the lift breaks down at the floor below, and seems like this is a permanent issue with no resolution in sight. And a bar that does not serve White Wine, you are advised to purchase from a neighbouring establishment..... Breakfast was good....with freshly cooked hot options, but the time it was advertised and the time it was ready tended too depend on who was on duty.....if I recall correctly it was scheduled for a 7am start....which for my work is a little late anyway, but on one occasion it seemed that the 7am start was the time that the 'set-up' began, not breakfast being available. Unfortunately my visit coincided with school holidays, and the night time square from was very disturbing until 3am, 4am....the rooms are not well insulated from outside noise. Most of the staff were absolutely lovely though, but housekeeping tended to be bit variable, bathroom OK but in need of some rather overdue maintenance."

"we are staying here in this wonderful hotel. We came to Breda from London to visit our family and we booked this lovely hotel near the centre of Breda. The check-in was very easy and the staff was very helpful and kind. We stayed in one of the delux rooms and the rooms where very cosy and the bed was amazing. Overall worth staying here and we can recommend this hotel absolutely to other future guests."
