"The newly opened season, the hardware facilities are completely without picks, and the room design to the lobby is great. But the management of the hotel is not in place. It is said that the breakfast ordered by the third party Trip.com is either incomplete or not. The actual order includes double breakfast. The order shows that the age of 14 is free. Originally, our breakfast is full. Marketing is wasting passenger rest time. The second is to deal with the lack of staff preparation during the peak breakfast period. For breakfast, one cooks noodles, and one cleanser is helping to replenish the noodle stall seasoning. It takes half an hour to clean up from 9 to 9:30. Everyone is pushing the dirty dishes on the table and sitting. After cleaning, the noodle stall can be cleaned up. The aunt also did not rest for a minute. I stayed in four hotels during the Spring Festival and this one responded to the peak period in the whole season. This situation exists."
