"We have been coming here for a couple of years to visit family and attend the football. We wouldnt stay anywhere else . We travel from Scotland and when we arrive its like being welcomed by family with the friendly faces and welcomes. We stayed at another hotel when we couldn't get booked in and I could not wait to leave as it just didnt compare to premier . Debbie , Lauren and Jackie are fantastic especially. My daughter is always so sad to leave . Rooms are always clean and comfortable . Cannot recommend enough but the staff really make this hotel . They are an absolute treasure . My daughter was even lucky enough to win a beautiful egg on the tombola for charity. Thanks ladies our stay is always amazing ."

"The attitude of the service staff was very bad. Even though I paid for breakfast for two people, they actually ran to the parking lot and stopped me to ask for breakfast money. They also spoke in a very bad manner."

"Julie, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were in town visiting family and to see the changes that have taken place in Liverpool over the years. Mom and I shared a 2 bed room which was perfect for us. Having coffee, tea, water, and biscuits was always a plus! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others! There was free parking onsite which was perfect too. Julie even recommended a 9 person taxi to get us to the train station on time."
