"Room Marriott standard, safe, guard + dog at the door, gym, SPA (experience can be, sleep), there are Italian restaurants and Western steaks, the environment is good. The advantage is that it is close to the airport (15 minutes), the disadvantage is that it is too far from the high-end living area - there is a high-quality lifestyle."

"I stayed at this hotel with my mom. It’s really close to the airport and a few blocks from “El campin stadium” transmilenio station. Also a shopping mall is a few meters away. I stayed on a Wednesday so there wasn’t much music but I can see how it can be quite loud during the weekends as there are many clubs near by. The breakfast was good and the room was okay. I must say that this hotel feels more like a motel or bed and breakfast as it is extremely basic. No decorations or any living areas that are inviting so it’s good just for a night or two but not for a holiday. There isn’t any elevator and no men that can carry your luggage so my mom carried my suitcase up to the third floor and the receptionist and I carried the big luggage up to the room. The water pressure is great and the hotel has hot water. Also there is satellite tv with options in English and Spanish. I have no idea if the hotel staff speaks English or not as I speak spanish. Overall it was good as the area is safe and close to most places I wanted to go like Monserrate."

"The hotel is stylish and the facilities are very new, but the room is a bit small.
The bed was very good, the hotel staff was kind, and the location was about20-30 minutes from the city."
"There is a parking space at the door, which is very convenient, and you feel comfortable from the moment you enter the door. The environment is given 5 points! This is one of my favorite platforms, because there are a lot of novelty shops that can be found here, great! I came here when I saw that the evaluation was not bad. I really did not differ from everyone's praise. I hope the store will continue to maintain it."
"Great F&B at the restaurant beside the lobby. Coffee shop has beans can buy for souveniers. Check in and out was a breeze with their great courteous staffs. Gym room was great with fruits and water and just enough machines. Pool looked nice too. The only downside is the room faced the main road with noisy motorbikes sound penetrated through the windows."

Great
GGuest UserHotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up..
Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up
XXiejunwen sevenLocated in the rich area, in the office building, the safety and health of access is tall. There are Japanese dishes downstairs, Mexican dishes, local South American dishes, very convenient, and the service is polite and thoughtful. recommend.
RRafael Osorio5Q House Quinta Camacho hotel is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back and budget-friendly hotel in Bogotá. The hotel offers spacious clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is located at Chapinero neighborhood not far from downtown, there are many restaurants, bars, coffees and discos at a walking distance. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
The hotel has all the basic amenities such a rosy wash, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and breakfast included. The breakfast should be ordered ten minutes in advance for them to prepare and bring to your table. Everyday there is a different set breakfast that it is good considering the low cost of this hotel.
It is definitely a good value for money.
SSoulfulExplorerThe Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins.
It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is in a good and safe location, close to great restaurants and bars, as well as the National Museum. The historical downtown isn’t far either, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, speak English, and are always ready to help. The only downside was the bathroom door, which didn’t fully close, leading to water splashing outside. Other than that, everything was excellent.
Another bonus is the Georgian restaurant right next to the hotel. The food there is incredibly authentic and delicious - highly recommend it if you’re looking for something different!
AAmybellI had always felt very good in this hotel, everyone had been so kind and respectful until today, December 3, 2023, at checkout, when the vulgar and unpleasant receptionist faced a mistake that we did not make, because according to her the payment was not I had made prior to check in I was going to call the police, the day we entered we asked if the payment had been made and they told us yes. We then proposed that they send us a payment link but they did not do it and they did not do it, instead this woman behaved like a vegetable seller, yelling at us and entertaining us in front of the other guests who were checking out, she is definitely not a suitable person To deal with humans, he knows no decency, much less customer service. An efficient and respectful person is supposed to be at a reception, but this lady does not have an iota of decency or education. Well on the other hand I want to give a special recognition to the girl in charge of the restaurant Dyana who should be in a position as reception since she is the most decent and kind person, always attentive to everything and with all her charisma she gets my 10/10 , this is quality staff, the same for Carlos, the bellboy who is full of kindness and efficiency. I recommend you be more efficient in providing. Several payment alternatives were provided to its clients, on a Sunday there was no one to enable a payment link or anyone to monitor the hotel's security.
RRafael OsorioThe Good:
I initially loved my stay at Soy Local Usaquén the location in Usaquén is perfect, close to the charming Sunday market and great cafés. My room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. The breakfast was simple but tasty, with fresh fruit, eggs, and coffee—a nice way to start the day. The staff seemed friendly at first, and the overall vibe was relaxed. For the price, it felt like a solid choice in Bogotá.
The Bad (and Unacceptable):
However, my experience took a horrible turn when I discovered that money and my passport were stolen from my room. When I reported it, the hotel’s response was shockingly dismissive—they blamed me, saying it was my fault for ”not using the safe” and claimed they couldn’t investigate because I ”couldn’t pinpoint the exact day it happened.” I felt completely abandoned in a stressful situation. Only the personal at the counter helped me to print tons of documents I had to take to the embassy, but the hotel never bother to provide at least some money to help pay my new passport or the cost of my Visa (I was not even claiming for the money stolen)
While the hotel itself is pleasant, the lack of accountability and victim-blaming after a theft is inexcusable.
AAmybellOur experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault
GGuest UserLong established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
