We attended a marriage for Shantanu and Sherien at Belezza in Goa and were extremely satisfied with the quality of the resort and the amenities. The rooms are very specious, clean and house keeping service was very quick. Reception staff is super friendly and made things lot simpler for us. More than that the experience with staff during the marriage event , pre and after including members such as Govind, Deepesh, Jeetesh was simply amazing, they made us feel special and looked after all of us very well. We are taking these amazing moments spent back to our home in Melbourne and will cherish these for lifetime and share with our friends and family. We thank all the support staff and the top management for making the wedding very special not only for the couples but also for the families and guests. Will highly recommend Belezza to friends and families. Cheers.

Breakfast was superb. Chef prepares food in front of you. Pool, villa and overall property is clean and neat. Towels are replaced everyday. Friendly owner and staff. 24*7 security person at the property, cameras are in place. Centrally located. Most of the sights are at a distance of 40-45 mins away on two-wheeler.

I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel in my life. We found black mould in all the rooms on the walls and particularly in the bathrooms. the refrigerators were un-usable with contamination. When the hotel management was asked to clean the rooms they made a half hearted attempt to clean the rooms. We had to show the staff how to clean and even then the rooms were only just habitable. The swimming pool had serious safety issues that were highlighted to the management and then ignored by them. The whole site is running with rats. I don't recommend anyone staying at this hotel ever. and I would also recommend that any pictures of hotel rooms on their web are carefully examined as the pictures of the ”Martins Comfort” hotel are completely misleading. Photos attached..

Far from the beach (3 km), but there is a transfer from the hotel upon request at a time. Breakfasts are great!!! better than other hotels - choice of dishes and even has a coffee machine....which is very rare in India (though for an additional fee) they provide beach towels - also not often in India water in the room, internet Nearby there is a shop with drinks and a mini market Nearby there is an excellent cafe FISHKA - the best place for dinner in Goa that we visited - I recommend it to everyone Overall, the best hotel of the three in Goa that we visited during our 12-day vacation and at the same time cheaper than the others. I recommend

Firstly, the staff at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. The staff from the breakfast room is much engaging, smiley and friendly in general. The front desk should take lessons from them! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice. The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived. The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack.
