Beleza by the Beach is such an amazingly beautiful boutique resort to say the least. Right from the main gate to the reception sitting area we were already mesmerised by the beautiful greenery & intricate landscapes all around! While we were comfortably waiting at the sitting area on arrival, sipping on the local welcome drink we were already feeling a great sense of happiness and excitement due to the peaceful & serene atmosphere of the resort with the birds chirping and sound of the artificial water body nearby. It is just what we wished for to start our trip. We stayed at the Terrace Suite which was spacious enough and had a fantastic terrace area with a private Jacuzzi connecting to the bathroom. We were thrilled to say the least! The resort boasted of 3 fantastic restaurants, one of them was the Multi cuisine by the huge swimming pool, the other one was the coffee & snacks cafe with a games section which was also by the pool and the other one was an open beach restaurant which had a private access to the Colva beach. We absolutely loved the food at the Multi Cuisine restaurant and special mention to Andrenho who took special care of us whenever we were there. We made sure we ordered mostly Goan Cuisine and each of them was simply lip smacking! The breakfast buffet spread was also quite vast and was delicious. We absolutely loved the private access to the beach via a small wooden bridge constructed from the beach restaurant area to the peaceful Colva Beach. All of it was surreal! I should mention that all the staff was super helpful and extremely polite and Raju Mal the housekeeping manager took extra care of me as I had a bad knee pain from day 1. The behaviour of the staff was extremely warm and caring as they called me up to ask how I was feeling and wanted to help if I need to show a doctor. This certainly brought a smile to my face and delighted us. We both were sad that o our day of checkout as we had to travel to North Goa but we were so happy that we made the perfect choice by booking this beautiful resort. There is no doubt that we would be again booking this the next time we are at South Goa. Thanks a ton Team Beleza for making our stay so wonderful and making us feel at home! Far from the beach (3 km), but there is a transfer from the hotel upon request at a time. Breakfasts are great!!! better than other hotels - choice of dishes and even has a coffee machine....which is very rare in India (though for an additional fee) they provide beach towels - also not often in India water in the room, internet Nearby there is a shop with drinks and a mini market Nearby there is an excellent cafe FISHKA - the best place for dinner in Goa that we visited - I recommend it to everyone Overall, the best hotel of the three in Goa that we visited during our 12-day vacation and at the same time cheaper than the others. I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel in my life. We found black mould in all the rooms on the walls and particularly in the bathrooms. the refrigerators were un-usable with contamination. When the hotel management was asked to clean the rooms they made a half hearted attempt to clean the rooms. We had to show the staff how to clean and even then the rooms were only just habitable. The swimming pool had serious safety issues that were highlighted to the management and then ignored by them. The whole site is running with rats. I don't recommend anyone staying at this hotel ever. and I would also recommend that any pictures of hotel rooms on their web are carefully examined as the pictures of the ”Martins Comfort” hotel are completely misleading. Tourist spots are concentrated. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious and I used it many times during my stay. The room was well cleaned and clean. The family was happy.
