Stayed for two nights. The house was very clean. The service from Xiao Yin and Xiao Meng was very good. The handsome guy Zhang Dongbo also had a very good attitude. After we checked out, we walked a long way and he chased after us while shouting that he had it in his hand. I thought it was us who missed this card. He is very responsible and very rare. I give him a big thumbs up. When we were having breakfast downstairs on New Year's Eve, the waitress at the door gave the child a gift of snacks. The child was very happy and made us feel very warm.

Facilities: Very complete and advanced Hygiene: Very good. It can be said to be the most detail-oriented hotel I have ever stayed in. Environment: The reason why I didn't give it full marks is that there are very few places to eat, drink and play around. However, there are subway entrances and bus stations right outside, so transportation is convenient. I want to deduct 0.1 points, but Ctrip doesn’t have this option. Service: Needless to say, I can give it 6 points in terms of service. From the doorman to the front desk to the breakfast to the chef, everyone is very welcoming. What does it mean to feel at home? The hotel is in a very good condition generally. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff were courteous and friendly. I wish the guest could control temperature because it was way too hot for us, but we were not that the only thing we could do was to open the windows. The hotel has a number of high end restaurants, which seemed to be very high quality, but has few customers. If you don’t have a car, it’s not convenient because it’s not very walkable to shops and offices. Overall, it’s a fine hotel if you need to stay in that area.

Because I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, I was very late and very tired. I placed an order directly online, but when I arrived at the hotel, the order had not come yet. Manager Tang directly arranged check-in after reading our mobile phone reservation. I thought they would make us wait, but they didn't. Manager Tang has attentive service and strong business skills. He even brought me snacks in case I was hungry at night. It was a great experience and I will come back next time.

This hotel was chosen for my child's interview. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to the examination center. The young lady and brother at the front desk were very enthusiastic, attentive and caring, and even gave away fruits and small gifts; the room was spacious, warm, quiet, well-equipped, hygienic and tidy, and the cleaning lady had a bright smile, even though we only stayed there for one person At night, but it sure felt like home! The only regret is that I went for breakfast too early and the variety was not rich enough (just to pick a thorn, hehe). Thank you to all the staff for your hard work. Happy Christmas Eve!
