房間不大，但是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，乾淨又沒有異味，前台的漂亮小姐姐服務態度很好，有問必答，很周到，每次出門都熱情打招呼！！服務員姐姐也很親切，有種回家的感覺！

提前4天花費585元預訂的房間，當天晚上十點多入住，進入房間看到環境雖然有點失落，但是這麼晚了就想湊合住下，結果發現窗外有個巨大的機器隆隆不停，噪音非常大，根本無法休息。找到前台，給的答覆是要麼加200元換房間，要麼就沒辦法，噪音也停不了！我説她你們就這種服務態度，我還在你這預訂了月底兩天的住宿，這種環境怎麼讓人住？！服務員很牛，直接説那你退了吧！今天你也可以退了走，當時已經是晚上十點半！在外面住過這麼多次酒店，這種環境還這種態度真是第一次見，可能人家覺得自己離北醫三院近，不缺客人。非常生氣在攜程進行了投訴，好在攜程有個非常好的態度和服務，進行了房間調換，這個地方以後再也不會來了，寧願多走幾分鐘也不在這受這個氣，忍受這種破環境，而且價錢一點也不便宜。

近幾年住過的最差的酒店，感覺像二十年前住過的招待所，或許是我對首都的物價有誤解，在其他省會城市可以住五星酒店的600+，在這裏住宿條件連一星都不到。房間狹小到找不到打開行李箱的空地，窗户小不説還沒窗簾，關了燈沒眼罩根本沒法睡覺。不是隔音不行而是完全不隔音，大半夜的被隔壁房説話吵醒。床説是席夢思，但硬得硌人。還有什麼？哦，淋浴器在馬桶上面，不知道怎麼洗澡？衹能選擇不洗。
當然，也不是沒有優點，最大的優點是北醫三院對門，應該是離得最近的旅館了。然後就是衞生條件還湊合，雖然白毛巾被洗成了灰毛巾，但是看起來不臟。

攜程竟然推薦出這類爛酒店？房間蚊子多，衞生間（111房間）串出讓人窒息的氣味缺氧睡不着，早晨找帶班，給換到樓上一個所謂的“家庭房”（面積也是15平米，多了個單人床），説好“補償”價格還是535元，到了晚上回去，服務員告知：房間給你們優惠到588，不同意上去取行李走人！算是把我們清出來了？酒店環境、設施好壞是他們水平的問題？這種低劣環境的酒店和服務態度，你們攜程也不經過考察就加入平台？攜程是不是給會員個説法？

就這樣的房子，真不知道哪來的勇氣要600+，乾濕分離做不到不説，連插座都沒幾個，燒個水太不方便了，還在剛進門的時候就讓我給好評，真是自我優越感太強了

服務差，房間冷，被單上有人私部毛髮，真懷疑根本就沒有換過床單，叫服務生換，給扔一個破損床單讓自己換，説沒有人手！！！震驚！！花大幾百住的連鎖酒店得到這樣的服務和對待！再也不會住速8！！！建議大家謹慎選擇酒店！
