The service truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a big thumbs up and thank you! 👍🏻 My child left an Apple Pencil in the hotel room, but we didn't realize it was missing until long after we got home. I called the hotel to inquire, but the room had already been cleaned and new guests had checked in, and the pencil wasn't found. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond, communicating with various departments, re-entering the room, and meticulously searching. They finally found it tucked between the nightstand and the bed! They called me immediately to confirm and shipped it back to me. My child was thrilled to get it back! I'm so grateful for the hotel staff's diligent and thoughtful service, which saved us from a financial loss. While the hotel isn't brand new, the interior decor is clearly well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. It's clean, well-equipped, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We requested buckwheat pillows and mineral water, and they were promptly delivered to our room after we left a voicemail. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience!

The room was a bit dated. While the staff were quick to verbally acknowledge requests, actually getting items delivered was very slow, and they often forgot altogether. Initially, the room I entered had an odor. I went downstairs, and the front desk smoothly switched me to a new room that didn't smell. However, that night I discovered the duvet cover was dirty... I called a staff member who said there were no new duvets available, so they could only change the duvet cover. On the second morning, I asked for a disposable bathtub liner. It wasn't delivered all morning... When I asked the front desk, they said they were too busy and even questioned why I didn't call multiple times to ask. Apparently, it was my fault for not hounding them enough.

Our overall stay was great. The guesthouse has a serene and peaceful environment, far from the hustle and bustle. Parking wasn't an issue as we drove; there were plenty of spaces in the courtyard. The front desk staff was very welcoming and proactively offered us a free room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. The room was clean and airy, with fresh air and an expansive view. The guesthouse's courtyard is well-equipped with a large lawn, a gazebo for relaxing, and a small vegetable garden. There were also cats, bunnies, and ducklings in the yard, which the kids absolutely loved. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service. The only downside was the breakfast experience. Upon check-in, the staff asked for our preferred breakfast time, and we assumed the food would be ready accordingly. However, when we arrived at the agreed-upon time, there were mostly just scraps left, which significantly detracted from the experience. We hope the guesthouse can improve its breakfast service by ensuring food is kept warm and served on time. Aside from breakfast, everything else was very satisfactory.

Visited Huairou with my family and stayed at the Marriott. The room was spacious, and the hotel has a kids' club and a heated pool, which my children absolutely loved. A special shout-out to Dave at the front desk – he was so thoughtful during check-in, reminding us about breakfast times and parking, and his communication was both gentle and professional. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and overall, it was a great experience. Definitely a top choice for a getaway in the Beijing suburbs.

We were extremely satisfied with both the quality of sleep and the overall experience during our stay. For anyone looking for a short escape from daily life and a high-quality vacation, this is definitely an ideal destination for a staycation. We especially want to thank Bingao for his thoughtful arrangements. From pre-arrival to during our stay, he provided us with very detailed and attentive assistance. As we were traveling with our baby, we inevitably encountered various small issues and last-minute requests, but Bingao always patiently helped us coordinate and resolve them, making the entire check-in process smooth and enjoyable. What touched us most was that, thanks to Bingao's arrangements, the hotel also made special preparations for our baby's birthday. This warm and heartfelt surprise created very fond memories for our family trip. We could truly feel the hotel team's care and attention to their guests, which made this birthday extra special. We sincerely thank Bingao and the hotel team for their professional service and genuine dedication. The industrial-style design, paired with vibrant colors, breaks away from the dullness of traditional business hotels. Ania, a staff member, was friendly and efficient. After communicating in advance, our room was upgraded and we received breakfast vouchers. Check-in was quick, with identity verification and room card distribution handled promptly – very nice. The semi-open bathroom, accommodating both shower and bathtub, caters to everyone's needs. The bedding was just right, ensuring a pressure-free night's sleep. The suite had bunk beds, making it perfect for families with two children. The L-shaped sofa, round dining table, and swivel 55-inch smart TV perfectly met both work and entertainment needs. However, the room size might feel a bit cramped for long-stay guests, with luggage placement being a minor issue. Since we checked in late, we didn't get to experience the relaxed atmosphere of the bar. We enjoyed a set meal of coconut chicken hotpot at the restaurant, which was enough for three people without waste. We received complimentary drinks and a fruit platter after the meal. The breakfast was quite varied, and the stewed noodles and wontons were delicious. The 25-meter swimming lane with floor-to-ceiling windows on the second floor is open until 11 PM. It's less crowded at night, making for a more relaxing experience during our trip. The gym equipment is diverse and clean, and both it and the children's activity room are on the second floor, catering to family activities.

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the No. 101 Middle School. Although it is close to the highway, there are few cars. They also gave us a thoughtful reminder before check-in. The room was very clean and the hygiene was very good. The front desk service was very thoughtful and careful. Although we were woken up by the alarm on the morning of the second day of check-in, the housekeeper explained it in a timely manner and gave us many gifts (cleaning and care products, bear towels, key chains, etc.) to express our apology. The children were very happy. We can actually understand that. It was a pleasant stay. We will choose again.

Ideal weekend getaway with the family! And choosing the family room with bunk bed slide was definitely worth it! The room was spacious with young children in mind (think bathroom and toilet step, kids amenities, mini robes and slippers, soft walls) Then there’s the hotel interior and exterior: the indoor play is ideal for babies up to 10 years. Just sign the form and they have a dedicated professional childminder so adults can relax the hotel grounds and enjoy the wonderful lake sunset. Outside, there’s a playground too. For older children they will love the carts available to drive around and along the lake. Pay with WeChat or Alipay for a 20 min ride. The panda goes very fast actually but the other ones less than 5km/hour so perfect for smaller children. A real gem and less than an hour from Beijing city!!

It strongly felt like a young, well-run hotel, with its smart technology, stylish design, and attentive service evident in every detail. Breakfast consisted entirely of freshly cooked dishes, and even as closing time approached, new dishes were still being prepared for guests, with staff reminding them to collect their meals – the service was exceptionally attentive. The Bamboo View Family Room featured an open-air balcony, bathed in moonlight at night and filled with dewy morning air. The swimming pool, beach chairs, pavilion, and fish pond added to the charming atmosphere. If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a great choice – excellent value for money.

Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. The room was clean and well-arranged, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – just right. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in procedures. Even the security guard at the main entrance was great, actively helping with vehicle adjustments. There are robots for delivering items. The location is convenient for getting around, with restaurants easily accessible right across the street. Good value for money, I would choose to stay here again next time.
