"Park Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The views deserve a special mention. Even though my room didn’t face Tokyo Tower, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking at all times of the day — morning, afternoon, and night. I honestly found myself wanting to capture every moment on camera. And for those who dream of seeing Tokyo Tower — it is beautifully visible right from the lobby, creating a stunning and iconic atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious and consistently satisfying. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. "This hotel is quite clean and very conveniently located in a shopping street right by Akebonobashi Station, just two stops from Shinjuku Station. There are many small restaurants and convenience stores nearby, as well as a cheap supermarket called Santoku. The amenities in the hotel are a bit basic, but it has a window! Also, the elevated bed is great because you can slide large suitcases underneath. If you have big luggage, remember to exit Akebonobashi Station at Exit A3, which has an elevator."

"I stayed here again this year. It's right across the street from the Takanawa Exit of Shinagawa Station, in the East Tower. You can check yourself in and out, which is convenient. I stay here often for business trips, mainly because it's close to Haneda Airport and makes transferring to various train lines really easy. If you book in advance, the room rates are quite reasonable. I've tried to book breakfast before but never actually ate it because the lines were too long, so I just skipped it this time. The single room is big enough to open a large suitcase flat, which is fine. However, the luggage storage service now only allows same-day storage. Last time I was here, I could store my luggage for a few days until I returned from another location to check in again. This time, the staff member didn't even know if there was a time limit for the automatic lockers and just said she didn't know. Absolutely no service awareness; she could have checked and then gotten back to me. Luckily, I can speak Japanese, so I asked another Japanese staff member, who answered fluently and satisfactorily. It really shows how some local staff lack an understanding of their job responsibilities, the equipment within their workplace, and how to use it – it's truly baffling. So disappointing! I guess that's why she's only working at the luggage counter..."

"Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The bell boy who helped me with bringing my luggages to the room was very friendly and helpful, spoke good English too. Though not all staff spoke good English, they tried their best to assist me. Their service standard is consistent throughout. The room and the toilet was spacious and clean. There were 4 restuarants that I could go to for breakfast. The Garden Lounge which served buffet breakfast has a wide selection of food and drink. Most importantly the food was yummy! I enjoyed looking at the beautiful garden with waterfall view as I was seated by the window during breakfast."

"The service at the Imperial Hotel is truly exceptional. From the front desk concierge who escorts guests to their rooms and explains the facilities, the staff are incredibly friendly without being overly formal. It perfectly embodies the hospitality and service standards from Japan's economic boom era. Honestly, the photos don't do the hotel justice, and the facilities aren't the newest, but once you stay, you'll find it incredibly comfortable. The provided toiletries are also excellent. The toilet area, designed so you can sit and do your makeup, is a really thoughtful touch – the Imperial Hotel in Osaka has the same feature. It might look unassuming, but it's very thoughtful and provides a comfortable stay. I found the breakfast buffet to be just okay, not as amazing as some reviews suggest, but it's definitely superior to many hotels in the same price range. Personally, I prefer the Japanese set menu; it truly captures the essence of a Japanese breakfast."

"Very comfortable beds and room overall. There was a bathtub to fill like a personal onsen. The whole room was very clean. The only downsides were the lack of space to place suitcases and the fact that the window couldn't be opened. Still, a very comfortable stay overall, yhe public baths were also a very good experience."

"The muji inspired interior is so clean and minimal, exactly the kind of space you want to decompress in after a full day of exploring. but the real standout is the skytree view from the room, waking up to that every morning never got old. asakusa itself is such a perfect base, old tokyo charm right outside the door with sensoji five minutes away on foot."
