The price during the Chinese New Year is completely unimagined at a high premium. It may be because it is not a tourist city, but it is precisely because there are fewer bustling people. The living is very quiet and comfortable. The sanitation and cleaning are reassuring and comfortable. The environment is quiet and advanced. This price of living in orange crystal in the tourist city really dare not think, the hand-made coffee in the room, the warm lighting, the essential oil aroma on the bedside, all show the details of the brand. Snack gift bag was sent when checking out. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the type of breakfast can be increased. The heating is too sufficient, I have to open the window to sleep at night, haha 😃

Hygiene: Exceptionally clean and excellent, highly recommended. Facilities: Newly renovated, perfect for families and couples. Environment: Located right next to the scenic spot, just a 10-minute walk straight ahead. You can even enjoy the view from your room in the morning; it's situated right at the foot of the mountain. My husband loved it and said it deserves a rave review. Highly recommended! Service: The owners are incredibly helpful! It's a husband-and-wife business! The first time we went, we took the wrong route and got off at Yeshanpo. The owners picked us up in the middle of the night and took us to Bailixia! So touching! The owner even personally picked us up! Truly highly recommended! Rest assured, you won't be disappointed! Service is the most crucial factor!

Every time I travel, I am most afraid of choosing a bad hotel. I am really satisfied with this one! Very very clean, and the service attitude is benchmarked against Haidilao 👍🏻, it is more convenient to have everything around the hotel, the restaurant is cooked a lot on the day, and it is clean and hygienic. I am used to staying in the hotel and watching it. The laundry room is also great. What do you know about asking the service staff, answering and helping are very timely. Cost-effective, recommended

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids! The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great. Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying. One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

The room is so big, clean and sanitary, with complete utensils, especially the free hot spring ticket and farm ticket, which is great. Dining in Makino style downstairs is also very cost-effective, and the KTV is also super cheap. I have been here n times, but the business building is not as convenient as the Holiday Inn. , it’s still a long walk to get to the hot springs, and you can’t go to the holiday hot springs.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

Facilities: The room is big enough, a luxurious room from 15 years ago, with old and outdated facilities. Service: The service is OK Hygiene: Average, the noodles are OK What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs. The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat? Free bathing is not bad!
