"I do not recommend it! Terrible! My daughter was staying here on her graduation trip and the room was full of bedbugs! Dirty sheets, with all kinds of hair, and poor conditions in the bathroom. When we complained in the middle of the night because of the itching and bites, they didn't relocate the children from the various rooms! Unacceptable!!! Close the doors, IT'S A MATTER OF PUBLIC HEALTH!"

"The location of the hotel is really good. The room has a river view. The Moliceira cruise ship terminal is just opposite. There are many restaurants around. The hotel breakfast environment is elegant and comfortable. The Boteca restaurant recommended by the front desk staff has fresh ingredients and the price is reasonable. I will stay again next time I go to Aveiro👍"

There was a noise of a washing machine, probably from hotel laundry, during all night which made it hard to sleep. The water from shower came out rusty yellow initially and the hot/cold regulator was broken. For a 5 star, it was not the best experience."
