From check in to check out everyone I dealt with was so polite and helpful! The Duty Manager Lucas was so accommodating when I requested to extend my stay due to family circumstances. The buffet breakfast was a delicious spread of all things breakfast! Room service was fast and the food arrived hot! The location is perfect to all Auckland City amenities. And the Rose Gardens across the road are a perfect morning stroll.

Staff and hotel were great. We stayed in 305. The TV kept turning itself off and the toilet cistern dropped but apart from. Those two things it was great. Loved the chocolate hour!!! We will be back. My son is staying there in a couple of weeks.

This hotel was recommended by my friend who used to work here. I requested a high floor and it was granted so the room’s view of the harbor is 🤩 (12th floor Social King Room). It’s the first time that a radio was turned on as I entered the room. I even thought my next room neighbor’s music was that loud. I didn’t expect it that you can slide the door from the toilet so you can have a full view of the harbour. I liked the room very much. Thankful that I was allowed to check in early. Appreciate it a lot! I intentionally left my puffy jacket and left a note about it. Whoever owns it now, please take care of it. I’ll be back when I go back to Auckland. Thanks M Social Team! 9/18-9/19

I was really lucky to be allocated to room 8A which is facing to fort st. The noise from the KTV was loud esp on the last weekend of school holiday - luckily I'm still managed to sleep. What worried me most from others reviews was, the place is an emergency accommodation and their experience was really scary. I'm so lucky nothing happened during my stay. What I learnt after reading the reviews of this hotel is - check if was listed as crisis accommodation before you book

The hotel rooms are large, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, simple cooking is no problem, the Internet speed is very fast, very suitable for business office people, the TV can cast screen. The only drawback is that the hotel does not clean the room every day, and customers need to contact the front desk themselves.

很有趣，竟然可以為酒店撰寫首則評論。由於這間是新酒店，各酒店平台都找不到這間酒店的評價，加上以往在歐洲及澳洲均有令人失望的的住宿體驗，訂房的時候只能以碰運氣的心態試試看，幸運地這次住宿非常滿意。酒店的正門在教堂背後的小路進入（注意並不是面向馬路的那邊門口），酒店設施新淨，地下大堂有咖啡機，早上有麵包及瓶裝果汁提供。酒店員工熱情主動有禮，check-in時主動幫忙即時將行李送到房間，check out時也有問我們是否需要幫忙call Taxi，得知我們自己有安排Super shuttle，亦有主動幫我們與司機溝通，指引司機把車駛到酒店正門口（原來酒店地底有另一個車位入口）。酒店房間很乾淨，空間足夠打開兩個大行李箱，窗外景色非常漂亮！房間內所有零食飲品均免費供住客食用。洗手間很寬敞，洗護用品亦都很香很好用，惟洗手間枱面略嫌空間不足。我們在這裏住了三個晚上，隔天整理房間表現也令人滿意。整體上有不錯的住宿體驗，在經歷長途飛機抵達紐西蘭後可作休息充電的好地方。

We had bed and breakfast package for four nights. Room very clean, modern and spacious. We were moved from Deluxe to Superior because of no hot water. There wasn't much difference between D and S except the view in S was unobstructed and there were outside chairs and tables in S rooms. I think myself that all rooms should have tables and chairs outside. NO COMPENDIUM to explain facilities. NO SKY which surprised me. INTERNET in rooms,no limit on use. HEAT PUMP was blowing cold air onto the bed and I couldn't change it much so had to turn it off unfortunately. Didn't like to have windows open at night as there were no safety catches. The rooms were a bit bland and could do with a picture. BREAKFASTS were very good, especially the full cooked one. But I did find they weren't consistent. One day you would have 1 sausage, the next day 2. The pancakes were listed as having cream with them. One day there was some, the next day nothing. Staff were all very nice and helpful. A nice quiet place to stay.

A very good resort hotel. It is about an hour and a half drive from Auckland Airport. It is on the west coast. There are not many people in the hotel. It is very quiet. You can see the sea while lying on the bed. The car is parked in front of the house, which is very convenient.
