When i book through trip.com the confirmation email said the check out time is 12:00pm but in fact the check out time is 10:00am. The staff knock on my door at 10:10am and ask me to check out, otherwise will charge me for the late check out. It was so embarrassing. Location was good 5 mins to westfield shopping centre

Not 24h service desk but you can call 24h support on the intercom
3:30AM taxi to the airport took about 20 minutes NZD50
I didn’t use the restaurant looks ok
Lone Start next is ok they have other dishes than steaks

This hotel is great. The guy at the front desk doesn't speak Chinese very well but he still takes the initiative to communicate in Chinese. We were upgraded to a balcony room. The kitchen in this home is the most fully equipped, with a microwave, dishwasher, and even an oven!
Disadvantages: The bathroom floor is a bit slippery when wet. It is recommended to improve it.
After getting off the Skydrive from the airport, walk two small streets to get there. The environment is quiet, and you can reach the countdown if you walk forward!
