Pro-Great location off the main highway into Asheville. Close to town and walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, very attentive.
Con- Dirty floors through out and especially in the shower stall and room carpet (#324). Some cleaning supervision would probably correct this issue quickly.
Would consider again if they correct cleaning supervision issues.

Our Asheville hotel is located near America’s Largest Home, the Biltmore Estate and shopping at Biltmore Village is both 4 miles away. We are located two miles away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, a great launching point for hiking and biking. Downtown Asheville is two miles away and has more art deco architecture than any other city outside of Miami. Asheville is known as Beer City USA with 17 and counting craft breweries many of them located right in the heart of downtown. Downtown has something for all ages and The Best Western Asheville Tunnel Road offers a great location to explore and enjoy our wonderful city.

This was either the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed in this specific hotel. When we checked in they had to get the housekeeping list before assigning rooms. Shortly after checking in the guy from the front desk barged into the room and when he realized we were sitting there he said ”oh, I'm sorry, this room was reported as being dirty by the cleaning staff.” He did not explain or offer to move us to a different room... just left. I know for a fact that rooms are classified by cleanliness and working order and then assigned to patrons in order of their status (rewards, non rewards, etc.) and also by the rates. I've seen the lists before and how they were assigned. It would seem that we were given a shabby dirty room even though I'm a rewards member... We also noticed that every time we went into the room our sinuses immediately stopped up and the room smelled musty and not fresh and the AC was super loud and ”dank musty” smelling like mold. The water pressure was horribly low and it was hard to get rinsed in the shower. The two queen beds sloped downward towards the head and the mattresses seemed worn out and were impossible to sleep on. Also, the people in the next door room seemed to be staying long term and had multiple visitors in ”van life” vans and slammed their door many many times and talked really loud all night during our 3 night stay. I'm not one to complain usually but, in this instance I'm not sure I'll be staying there again due to the problems.

This is a very nice newer hotel in modern deco. The complete hotel is very clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious with double blinds for sun and privacy. The spacious bathroom has a nice step in shower. The amenities are great! Nice pool, workout room & a great breakfast. You can’t go wrong with this hotel!

The hotel room is very spacious and clean. The room you booked has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a complete set of pots, pans, and tableware. There is not much choice for breakfast, but it tastes okay.

The room is large, the newly opened hotel, the breakfast is also good, a little distance from the old city, because it is a new hotel, we just opened a week when we checked in, the front desk brother is not skilled in business, Trip The prepaid accommodation fee was repeatedly charged once, but fortunately, I found that I was going back now, and I received 138 knives after checking out. Fortunately, after I found out, I was urged by Trip customer service and returned.

After reading several reviews on Tripadvisor and Hotels.com we booked our stay in Asheville here. Although conveniently located with easy access to restaurants, the interstate, and the Biltmore, it wasn't worth the high ratings I reviewed nor the expense. The hotel overall is dated and needs basic cosmetic work (like paint), new floors, and redecorating. The room itself was rather small (for the price), not very clean (the carpets were so dirty we couldn't walk around in our socks without them becoming soiled). The bathroom really needed a good cleaning, which it obviously didn't get before we arrived. The curtains allowed way too much street light into the room at night so I had to employ a hair clip to hold them shut in the middle and stuff towels below them to keep out the light. The best thing about the room was the king-sized bed - very comfortable and supportive. The exterior landscaping was full of garbage. I was charged $22/night to bring my small dog and there was only one very small area in which to walk her which wasn't well lit (obviously other folks staying there didn't avail themselves of the doggie trash can because the area was littered with dog excrement). Additionally the breakfast offerings, less an apple, had to healthy options. I felt for the cost if was way overpriced.

GGuest UserI called your hotel when booking reservations to ask about EV support, and I was told that you have two (2) Tesla chargers. That was not true, you did have two Electric Vehicle charges, but they were not Tesla chargers. However, I did have appropriate adapters, so they could have worked. But neither of them had any power, and your staff was not able to get their power turned on properly. So instead of departing your hotel with an adequate charge to get to my next destination, I was not able to. Had I know of your issues ahead of time I would have booked in one of the other hotels in the Ashville area that did have working chargers. Very Poor Quality Experience from a Hilton…

The hotel I booked earlier was not this one.
It's in a hotel next door. The brand belongs to Radisson.
But because this hotel is so bad!
So I made a decisive decision and immediately applied to cancel and switch to this hotel.
Hilton Group management is indeed different.
Whether it’s the attitude of the front desk clerk or the service in the restaurant,
It is also undoubtedly good.

JJunesdaughterStayed here to visit the Biltmore. The hotel was crowded when I checked in so I got a room facing the parking lot which was loud and uncomfortable. When I spoke to the manager after staying overnight, he was conciliatory and moved us to a nicer room on a higher floor with a nice view and included breakfasts which I hadn’t included in my booking. I ended up really pleased with the hotel and stayed an extra night. The breakfast buffet server was so nice and remembered my beverage the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable.

But the hotel does not have an elevator, you can drive up the first and second floors, but the third floor will be more difficult, you need to climb a flight of stairs with your luggage.

GGuest UserFor an older hotel it has been renovated/updated. Very clean rooms at a reasonable price. I had no issues during my weeks stay and everyone at the front desk was nice when I did need something. I recommended that they start having the individually wrapped biscuits like most Choice Hotels are going to. Would definitely stay here again.
