"Room was showing a bit of wear and tear ( arrest stained and chairs with tears in upholstery). Service was ok. We had stayed here years ago and definitely down hill from then."

"Missed flight with all the anxiety and messiness. Looked for a place, near the airport, with a free shuttle. Relatively new place with very friendly and helpful staff. They were at the airport in 10 minutes and picked us up. The entire hotel is very clean and well kept, including regular and thorough cleaning of the common areas. Our room was over-sized and very comfortable. The beds were great and sleep came easy. There was a small , well appointed kitchen with all appliances and dishes and up-dated bathroom. Considering Covid, even the continental breakfast was well done. Very nice place, good value, a pleasurably stay considering the circumstances. "

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe service was great ,staffs were all nice ,always smiles. The location were nice a as well , basically all of the famous restaurants and cafes are walkable . And the famous Biltmore is just 10min driving which is pretty close .Strongly recommended ,and will definitely be back next time.
JJunesdaughterStayed here to visit the Biltmore. The hotel was crowded when I checked in so I got a room facing the parking lot which was loud and uncomfortable. When I spoke to the manager after staying overnight, he was conciliatory and moved us to a nicer room on a higher floor with a nice view and included breakfasts which I hadn’t included in my booking. I ended up really pleased with the hotel and stayed an extra night. The breakfast buffet server was so nice and remembered my beverage the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable.
WWA-FrankStaying in this hotel can be said to be a kind of fate!
The hotel I booked earlier was not this one.
It's in a hotel next door. The brand belongs to Radisson.
But because this hotel is so bad!
So I made a decisive decision and immediately applied to cancel and switch to this hotel.
Hilton Group management is indeed different.
Whether it’s the attitude of the front desk clerk or the service in the restaurant,
It is also undoubtedly good.
EELLA_WANGBYThe room is ok, not too big, there is a road facing, noisy! The front desk service is very nice and the hotel breakfast is also ok! But the hotel does not have an elevator, you can drive up the first and second floors, but the third floor will be more difficult, you need to climb a flight of stairs with your luggage.
WWA-FrankIf you are planning to travel to Asheville,
This hotel is a desirable hotel,
This hotel, like other hotels, has a check-in time of three o'clock.
But when we arrived, there was still a long way to go before the specified check-in time.
But after a twenty-four-hour flight, I was really tired.
When we checked in, the front desk clerk knew that we had been on a long flight and immediately arranged a room for us without saying a word.
So that you can have a good rest and freshen up, and provide nearby places to visit.
Definitely overjoyed!
GGuest UserPro-Great location off the main highway into Asheville. Close to town and walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, very attentive.
Con- Dirty floors through out and especially in the shower stall and room carpet (#324). Some cleaning supervision would probably correct this issue quickly.
Would consider again if they correct cleaning supervision issues.
MMacyMy boyfriend and I stayed here for one night while waiting to meet some friends at a bigger place in Asheville for a friend trip. It was a great price and worth every penny! The front desk person was quick to get us checked in. Our room was clean, and the location was good. It did not take us long to get further into Asheville for dinner and shopping. This was a great budget find! I would stay here again.
AAnonymous UserA great and affordable option for downtown Asheville. It is next to the highway, but our room faced the city center and was very quiet. Within walking distance of all of downtown’s main sights. Highly recommended!
JJiampietroI booked and paid for a room through this site. Upon check in I was informed that they would not allow me to stay there . They said they don’t rent to “locals”. I am not a local, I live 30 miles away.
Trip.com is a professional and efficient business. They refunded the money immediately.
Much appreciate for great service with Trip.com!
