"What an amazing place to stay! Everything was perfectly taken care of. We were warmly welcomed and looked after by Eva, and the food by chef Peter was absolutely outstanding — every meal was a treat. The rest of the staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The villa is spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a stunning outdoor shower. In the evenings, we enjoyed a cozy campfire — nothing was too much to ask, everything was possible. A place where you instantly feel at home and can truly relax. Highly recommended!"

"tayed here with my family on Day 2 of our Safari Adventure. Started off good, the staff was friendly and kind. Then while we are at dinner (for 1 hour) my Villa and a neighboring family’s Villa were broken into. An employee stole our professional camera from inside our locked Villa! We felt so unsafe and scared after this. Now that we left Tanzania the managers are refusing to accept fault, refusing to compensate us for the camera, and refusing to apologize. We paid so much money to stay here for what should have been an incredible experience and it was absolutely ruined. The General Manager Syed didn’t come greet us to apologize or anything. I had to go find him and get the police involved. I spent all that money to feel safe in a protected facility and instead we were robbed! Don’t stay here."

Would be too quiet if guest is of the party type, or of you repeatedly need to get to the city center in a hurry, but it's ideal ideal for R and R. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, and enjoying cocktails around the campfire in the evening made the experience even more special. After a wonderful night in the beautiful rooms, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice before heading out for a waterfall hike and a visit to the Arusha market. Despite our tight schedule, the chefs were incredibly flexible and prepared a fantastic brunch for us within just 20 minutes, allowing us to enjoy one more great meal before leaving. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and adaptable to our situation. Their hospitality and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Olerai Lodge was the perfect ending to our Tanzanian adventure. The combination of luxury, comfort, amazing food, and exceptional hospitality made it an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay near Arusha."
